I bought several sweaters from here a week ago and washed them per the washing instructions on each. They immediately fell apart and were horrible quality. I tried to call the store to see if I could return them after they were washed, and there’s no way to talk to an associate. It just goes right back to the main menu.

nice clean store, helpful cashiers. do wish there was more of a selection for men’s and the store had a better layout, (it was a bit confusing learning where everything is as it was my first time there) but overall a great store, i will be back 😊

Normally I love marshals but I have to say their return policy is less that desirable. They will not take back anything that has been opened in the beauty department. It's just going to be thrown away anyways, sephora, ulta, target you name it anywhere, if you're unhappy with the product they take it back, but no, not marshals. Even with a receipt they say nope! DO NOT buy beauty products here, go through a more reputable place

Went in between 7-8pm tonight Nov 12th and there were 3 girls and a boy that were all super pleasant and helpful. Thanks to the cashiers that talked about our pet's and the girl that helped me get the last Karumi chair. You all have exceptional customer service skills and it's really appreciated. I hope your manager knows that you are all assets to the store. Thank you!

Rude people here - was trying to speak to one girl in the shoes department and she ignored me completely.
I was standing in line for a good 5 minutes while 4 people were chatting behind the registers with their backs turned.
