Atrocious customer service and very unprofessional. They installed an Air and a Water Radon Mitigation system in our home. I believe Dana may have a superiority complex just due to how he talks down to you (worse with my wife) at best he is just unprofessional. The Air Radon System does not work, there is water under my foundation, he drilled the hole saw the water installed the system anyway knowing full well it would be inoperable, took the money and said tough luck, figure it out. Just after the water mitigation system was installed and I was due to change the filter, I had no filter wrench. I called Dana and asked about the system coming with a filter wrench he suggested I stole the one that came with the system to get another one from him(very professional, I'd steal my own filter wrench to wait for him to bring me another. Makes sense). The water radon mitigation system had some pump issues. When I called while it was under warranty, even though I told him what was wrong, he needed to come out and troubleshoot anyway(with a nominal fee of course and when he can get to it). After being ignored with emails, I called NH WaterCare in Milford, NH. They were exceptional, they pointed out some issues with the system, they explained everything so my wife and I could easily understand, they tested the water right in front of us, and they installed for us a water softening system with a main in house water filter. They did great work and for far less than what The Water Store quoted for the same work. If there is an issue with the system, they will come right in to check and they are happy to answer questions over the phone or via email. If you are planning on having work done by the Water store, I'd recommend at the very least talking to and getting an estimate from NH Water Care before you agree to the work from The Water Store. The Water Store was a huge disappointment, waste of money, and I very much regret having them do any work in my house.

I don’t recommend this place very bad customer service. Dana said he’d help me out gave me a cost of ~$1300 next thing I know I get charged $2400 and he’s blaming me that I was being difficult. Talked to many other places they were blown away when I told them the price. Then I asked for a breakdown of what I paid for and he couldn’t give me one. Take your money somewhere else that cares about what they do.

High and Dry…We purchased a radon system some years ago and switched servicing (at Water Store’s suggestion; they’re a long way away). Called to seek advice after unit failed and they can help us… but in four months time.“After all”, they said, “it’s been years.” It has been, but not exactly the hard lesson I was hoping for. Disappointing, but not surprising in these times.

I guess to start - I'm surprised to only see 13 reviews on Google as The Water Store came highly recommended to me by many people. But that doesn't take away from my experience, and I'm sure anybody's experience that's dealt with them!I'll start by saying that right from the beginning, the early communication I had with them was 100% positive and very accommodating. Whether the conversation dealt with planning the new system or evaluating my then-current system, they were extremely professional, and as a bonus, very good-natured people to talk to. A very positive start. They were accommodating in the fact that they were able to work me into their schedule as my system was rapidly losing pressure.I literally JUST had my water filtration system re-done by them moments ago and I couldn't be happier! The system was very well laid out, the plumbing was excellent, and all in all very efficient looking. The entire system was explained to me clearly. Also - in my opinion, the price was very reasonable for what I got.A big public shout-out and thank you to The Water Store. You did not disappoint!Sincerely,- Rob

I haven't purchased a new system from Water Store YET...but I will definitely go to them when my current one ages out! Dana came and gave us a FREE consultation and checked out my current system. He was prompt, thorough, generous with his time and advice, a pleasure to deal with. I like the idea of working with an experienced outfit like the water store, and one that is local and family-run. They are a real asset. Thanks.

There was some lead time to get someone out to my remote location but they installed a great water conditioner. Works top notch. Price was fine. Watching the owner create a valve body was great. He's obviously done it a lot. The details that maybe not everyone would notice made me truly appreciate their work. Everything square and level, even though it's in a cellar and will never be seen. Quality and pride of work. Impressive.

The Water Store went above and beyond to alleviate our poor water quality on our new build. They were very responsive, extremely professional and polite, explained everything in detail, quick to respond and their work on our filtration installation far exceeded our expectations. My fiance'and I bought a house with a high manganese count in the water. The water smelled like rotten eggs. Now mind you we didn't own the house yet and to be honest weren't sure what to do. I didn't want to close on a house with bad water. I contacted The Water Store while they were closed by email with a scan of my water test. Meredith contacted me even though they were closed She quelled my fears and said the problem could be fixed and answered s ton of questions. So we closed and I followed up with a call I met Dana Meredith's husband he efficiently assessed what I needed and two days later my water is terrific. I like doing business locally and being new to Rindge it's basically a guess but I'm glad I contacted them. Great customer service family owned and operated quick response can't ask for anymore!

The staff and management went above and beyond for us. Buying a house is stressful enough, but when a water filtration system is needed, it adds more stress. Management moved their schedule to fit us in, they were willing to travel to MA to help us, and when our housing deal fell through the day before we were set to move and get it installed, they were kind and refunded our money. I would recommended them to anyone!!!

Feeling nickle and dimed. Wasnt told they charge mileage ontop of service fee even after asking. Not to mention the markup on their filters. I would suggest buying your own filters. Will seriously be considering using another company who is upfront about their fees.

I called the water store with some last minute work needing to be done before my house closing. They moved things around a Derek came within a couple hours if not less and helped out so much! Thank you!
