On 11/17/23, I had to replace a older Samsung phone. I researched your website. Made a list and went in to see Andrew and Nick. As we loaded the new phone from the old one. We were chatting they were super helpful. It was a wonder experience. Quick easy and fun. As a retail manager for many years. I saw instantly what a great team you have with these two fine young men.

Andrew and Logan are the very best. I've been to many Verizon stores and have never found such friendly and talented wireless specialists as these two. They are always smiling and glad to see me. I went in with a problem with the communication between my new JBL wireless speaker and my cellphone. I had unsuccessfully tried every solution I could think of. I thought maybe my new speaker was faulty. In two minutes they solved the problem. The cable that came with the speaker was low quality and the charger I was using was not powerful enough. They suggested a new quick charger kit for $49.99. They took $10 off. So for $39.99 I was once again very pleased with this Verizon store. Andrew and Logan really treated me as a valued customer. Thank you.

Wish we could leave more than 5 stars!! We went with a Senior friend to get her first Smartphone, and Logan was extremely helpful. He was very patient and spent a lot of time helping our friend choose a phone and a plan that was best for her. Thanks so much!

Nick was extremely helpful finding the right phone and deal for me after my phone died, he was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and easy to work with.You know how it can be when your phone dies you kind of go into panic mode but Nick had me on my way with a new phone and everything down loaded in under an hour… Highly recommend the store and Nick!

Me and my wife linsey had a great experience with Andrew and Nick they made it painless to get a new phone. Finally left the flip phone behind (without pressure) after being given a few lower priced options I never considered before. I feel like Andrew had actually helped me years earlier to get my flippy that served me so well. The visit was fast, productive and the only thing slowing it down was me deciding. I had multiple camera questions that they looked into on several different phones for me as well as looking to see if there were any free phone upgrades as well. I wish everything was that easy.

Spent 2½ hours at this store to switch our 2 phones to Verizon. It took all 3 employees to do it. Went without cell service for a couple days just to go into the Keene store to find out they did NOTHING! Wasted my day for no reason. Will never go back to them.

We bought 2 Google Pixel 6 phones last month. The guy that runs the store told us that these phones could be paid off over 36 months and that the service would be around $60. a month each phone, so around $160.00 per month for both phones. So we got the phones. 2 days later we get a bill in the mail plus an email for $600.00. So we go back to the store and tell the guy that this wasn't t the BBC amount he told us we were gonna have to pay. I don't have $600. A month. So we said you know what, we want to return everything. The guy said ok I'll refund everything and credit the 2 days that you had the phones just please promise me that you guys will come back here to buy your phones. "Are ya kidding me?" You charge $600 a month and you want us to come back? Do he kept asking us and we just wanted to return everything so we said ya whatever. a few days go by and we got 2 IPhones at AT&T instead. The very next day, we get a virus sent to us on our phones so we investigate a little and find out that it was sent to us from Verizon because we had kept our original phone numbers with all the phones. Then a few weeks go by and we find out that our credit rating says we have an unpaid bill from Verizon and they dropped our credit score number. So we call customer service and give them the name the phones were under, the phone numbers, the invoice number for the phones and everything because we had a receipt and they tell us that they have no record of the bill, yet they ruined our credit with it. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! And the manager of the store is a a**wh*le for sending us a virus and ruining our credit and lying to us about the monthly bill! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SNYONE EVER, EVER BUY S PHONE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TOBGET ROBBED, GET A VIRUS SENT TO YOUR PHONE AND GET YOUR CREDIT RUINED AND THEN THEY LIE AND TELL YOU THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT. FOR REAL! SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE AND PROBLEMS AND DONT GO THERE!I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR BUT THIS SPP IS MAKING ME IF I WANT TO POST THIS REVIEW.

By far the best experience we’ve ever had when buying a phone, switching or syncing accounts, and learning about options available for us. Working with Drew was so wonderful. He asked questions, didn’t pressure us into an upgrade that didn’t serve us well and, alternatively, suggested options that saved us money. For example, we were not aware about options available for our age-group. Drew researched them and made sure we received them. And, even when he ran into a roadblock with one of those options, he requested his manager to help and, as a result, we saved even MORE money! We walked out of the store with technology that serves our need (not MORE technology than we need!), have developed complete trust in this store and especially in Drew’s customer-focused service. We whole-heartedly recommend this store and Drew as a sales associate!
