“Auger is my numero uno spot for all things vacuum & sewing needs although I don’t need any vacuum products, as a seamstress I’m here every week. Paul is the man & he sharpens scissors on Tuesdays. Anytime I need my machines looked at, need the skinny on all things sewing or just for a simple part—Paul is my go to guy. He cannot retire or I won’t know what to do. If you sew or need a quaint vacuum, go here & not anywhere else. If you’re buying a machine, go here & you won’t regret it. You can’t get the service at Wally World that you can get with Paul.”

“i came into store for only paint chips & paint sample jars of custom behr paint. i was cheerfully greeted by young man named "joseph" in paint dept. joseph was all alone & slammed with customers! however, he remained patient, cool & cheeful throughout entire event. joseph, was organized, efficient & answered myriad of paint questions. for a very young man, he was so helpful & considerate with his time. i am sure he is earning pennies on dollar for an hourly salary? in my opinion joseph is an extremely valuable hd employee! thank you, young joseph.”

“Tristan, Chad and Jesse are amazing employees from the Rochester NH location!! Came in looking for an AC. Online said it was there but we couldn't find it until we seen Tristan who brought us to the right place, seen the online SKU and realized it was on the top shelf of the palette rack. He got an assist by Chad to get it down. They worked together flawlessly to safely bring it down to the floor for us. Then we went to check out and Jesse was awesome assisting us on checking out and reminded us of the Return policy for the ACs which is great customer service in my eyes.
