“Tristan, Chad and Jesse are amazing employees from the Rochester NH location!! Came in looking for an AC. Online said it was there but we couldn't find it until we seen Tristan who brought us to the right place, seen the online SKU and realized it was on the top shelf of the palette rack. He got an assist by Chad to get it down. They worked together flawlessly to safely bring it down to the floor for us. Then we went to check out and Jesse was awesome assisting us on checking out and reminded us of the Return policy for the ACs which is great customer service in my eyes. Thanks again for all your help we greatly appreciated it 👍”

“i came into store for only paint chips & paint sample jars of custom behr paint. i was cheerfully greeted by young man named "joseph" in paint dept. joseph was all alone & slammed with customers! however, he remained patient, cool & cheeful throughout entire event. joseph, was organized, efficient & answered myriad of paint questions. for a very young man, he was so helpful & considerate with his time. i am sure he is earning pennies on dollar for an hourly salary? in my opinion joseph is an extremely valuable hd employee! thank you, young joseph.”

“30 years later and we are buying our second wood stove from Ed. We didn’t even contemplate going to another store!!!! In 1994 Ed sold us a Vermont Castings and when we decided to look at the new stoves this season there was no doubt where we were headed!!! Same great service, installation went without a hitch and we are loving our new Jotul!!! Many thanks to Ed and his team!!!!”

“I had a wonderful experience working with Mike Bondi to outfit our whole new home with appliances. Very knowledgeable about all brands and just as important, great customer service. I would absolutely recommend you go see Mike instead of a big-box store for your appliance needs.”

“I have been renting from Aaron's for a long while now. I personally have had no issues with them other than the Item I most recently rented broke.... but I have to say that the staff went up and beyond what I expected. Derrick came out to see the problem first hand then him and Missy came back out and fixed the issue with no questions adked. They both made sure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Now i also must say that the store manager herself Has also been a pleasure to do business with. All the staff I worked and spoken with are very polite and pleasure to work with and I will continue to do business with for a very long time to come. It has been a pleasure meeting this staff and having the team you have.”
