I've been a satisfied customer of Citizens Bank for over a dozen years. Their bankers are always happy to meet with clients, and the Citizens Bank website now has a convenient way to schedule appointments on line. Thank you, Citizens Bank!

Overheard the store Manager on the phone setting up some kind of meeting in the parking lot... a drug deal*? Whilst the line was all the way back to the entrance.

They rarely answer the phone during business hours. And their Zelle policy is unlike any other zelle authorized banks. NO INSTANT PAYMENT AVAIALABLE!!!. They take 24 hours to send any and all zelle payments. What’s the point of doing business with a bank that won’t give you access to your money when you NEED IT?!Would give zero stars if it were an option

Nicole at the Rochester NH citizens bank, was one of the most rude unprofessional and unhelpful person I’ve ever seen for ANY bank services. Treats their customers horribly and with uncaring attitude

I had a negative experience in Rochester branch that caused me to take my business elsewhere. On Thursday February 17th, 2022 I entered the branch with a $7,000 check ready to open up a new account. There were two tellers and three bankers in three separate offices with no other customers in the building. As I strolled up to the waiting area one of the tellers asked me from 25 ft away if she could help me and I said out loud I was there to open up an account. She responded by saying, "let me see if I can get somebody to help you with that." I looked into all three offices and got no acknowledgment from any of the bankers while the teller came around the counter and entered an office where a woman was sitting at her desk. As I sat and waited these two chatted for a few minutes and then the teller came out and said that the woman would clear off her desk and help me shortly. This woman was obviously in no hurry to take care of any customers because I continued to sit there as she nonchalantly prepared to have me sit down across the desk from her. I waited several more minutes and couldn't see why with three bankers without customers I was being made to wait. I decided that this Citizens bank branch did not know how to treat customers and that I did not want to begin a business relationship with them. I then walked out the door and took my money to the bank of New Hampshire where I was immediately waited on by the type of person I wanted to deal with, eager to pleasantly do her job for me and not waste my time.

1. The phone app doesn't even offer a way for me to Email Citizens bank with a simple question that's not in the FAQ's...... DUMB! Every other bank I use I can Email them from the app. 2. The Bank forces you to use 16 DIGIT NUMBER just to get through to them SERIOUSLY 16 DIGITS!......DUMB! 3. The first chance I get I'm dumping this bank for a real one that I can contact!

For the second first business day of the month in a row the computer system has been down and been unable to withdraw the funds I needed from my account. This is unacceptable and very inconvenient. I need the money to pay bills for the month. I have accounts at two other local banks and never was unable to access my funds. The main company must be inadequate in IT!!! Your bank manager will not answer the phone and the mailbox is full.

Unprofessional at best! Their check printers have been broken for 20 years! One day they work, they next day they do not! Not to mention their skinny hours and terrible location. A bank should be better!

In the height of the pandemic you close your drive up branch in Rochester. Just when people don’t want to go inside. It was also handy for moms with kids and the handicapped. Also during inclement weather it was perfect. We had the inshore branch too that we could go to while doing grocery shopping but you closed that too!!! Both the drive up and the instore hours were great!!! Now we have one Rochester branch that closes @4:00 pm with no drive up teller just an atm. I’m sure financially this made sense to you, but I feel you are not here for your community anymore. We had access to 3 Citizens now we have access to one that only has 2 tellers. Also for your business customers we are told lots of times that we can’t even gets ones or change. You really are missing the mark for you community here. I’m sure I’m not the only one feeling the disconnect. That’s my thoughts. I hope they are taking to heart.
