If my shed was on the lot to purchase I would have passed . I asked for a discount since it was beyond a fix by the person they sent to me. I was passed around from person to person. the told me it was up to the rental/ finance company by their District manager and the Rental company said we just collect the funds we have nothing to do with a discount. I paid it off in full so I could reside this shed. Be very careful upon inspection at delivery. The need quality control or someone who can run a nail gun, cut straight, and not over cut then use the wood anyway.

We order the shed with great service and was told 3 week and it was 3 weeks set was easy if had to do it again I would only use FACON SHEDS no BS

I don’t typically write reviews. However, we’ve bought three Old Hickory sheds to date and highly recommend them. I’ve personally dealt with both Brandon and Jason there and they were both very helpful. Brandon is a great young man and I recommend you ask for him or Jason when your in the market for your new shed!!

Customer service is horrible, they either never returned phone messages, or ignored the ringing phone. They took no time depositing the over $3,000 check they were given on the day of delivery. Even though the damaged metal roof was brought to the attention of the driver on that day. He assured us it would be rectified, and yet it still hasn't, and it's been almost 4 years. The quality does not compare to what you see at the lot. The flooring was done with leftover sheets of plywood, and we have a door that was not hung correctly. So we have to hire someone to rectify that situation on a already expensive shed. And the driver didn't allow us to position the blocks accordingly before taking the shed off the flatbed. Take your business elsewhere, or hire someone whom cares about craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Will be getting my lofted barn in 7-10 days, just bought it today. WONDERFUL customer service! Good selection of available sheds, very nice people to deal with. Shed is nicely built and promises to provide years of studio/storage/fun. Can't wait to get it in place!Don't waste your time dealing with a 'box store' - go directly to Falcon Sheds!

Brandon was great! Very easy to talk to & knowledgeable also had a sense of humor. It's gonna be awhile before we actually get the shed so I can't comment on that yet.

I had a very good experience in ordering a shed. Good prices too. They customize the shed the way you want it. The bad is they told me the shed would be delivered in 3 weeks. It took 5 weeks. The guy who delivered my shed did a great job with the delivery.

Challenging location. Representative conducted a site visit, scoped out our property, and gave reassurance. Shed delivered flawlessly. Delivery driver worked over the top. Couldn't be more impressed.

The displays available at time of order, showed no defects in craftsmanship. However, when ours was delivered there was only one door on our lofted barn style, that had a turnbuckle installed. Also, the floor boards were not full sheets. After almost $3500 spent, it was not of the quality we had anticipated. And the customer service is horrendous at Falcon Sheds. On the day of delivery, we noticed there were several areas of the metal roof that were dented, and or twisted. And the driver stated he made a note, and someone would come and rectify this. They were very quick to deposit our almost $3000 check, but NEVER rectified the damaged metal roof. They never returned phone calls made to follow up, and rarely answered the phone during normal business hours.
