The old car wash had an attendant and towels to dry the car, and people users liked the great quality and the automatic wash. New systems were installed and worked great at first, but over time they went down hill and the pour washes left soap, never dried the car and left side not rinsed. Some users felt the charge was, wanted a refund and could not get an answer or message back.
Great customer service! I drove into the Touch Free Wash too quick, it ran water over my car then the door opened. I called, he told me why he kicked me out of the Wash, went in too fast, then he let me go through again. Platinum Wash, all good stuff. I’ll definitely be going back!!

The touch free wash is decent, but the soft touch wash failed to rinse off the wax it applied, and the dryer just spread the leftover wax all over the car. Very disappointing.

One of the best car washes around, I use the touchless automatic wash in the winter or when I just wanna quick wash and other does a great job
