I had two goals. One, to get my wedding ring resized while keeping intact the engraving within. This was completed according to my wishes, precisely.
Second, I had a two toned gold tennis bracelet that was so long the excess dragged on any surface my wrists were on,. I rarely wore it. I had long thought removing the excess segments would make a delightful pair of matching earrings. We discussed the feasibility and the in-house jeweler confirmed it could be done, constructed with a thin wire through my pierced ears, curving down. I was shown an in-store similar design. I said yes
When completed I picked them up and they were beautiful and very delicate. Regrettably, too delicate because I wore them twice then the third time I picked one up to insert and a stone fell to the floor. I brought them back and without question they agreed to repair.I got them back two days ago and the look was preserved, the stone reapplied and stronger lever backs were installed. They are glorious and I am very pleased. Throughout this process the extraordinarily engaging and conversant staff in Dover took care that I was listened to and satisfied.”
