I think Sabrina was the name of the phlebotomist I had, she was great! I’m terrified of needles and dread anything that has to do with them. It took a little time to get in, but no sooner had I sat down and I was done! I hardly felt the needle and it was so quick and painless I have way less anxiety about mg blood being drawn. thank you for such a quick painless and professional experience!

This place never ceases to leave me unimpressed. I am going to need to find a different lab in the area :(They NEVER seem to get any faxed orders from any of my physicians. Ends up it's always me calling a doctor on the phone who verify the order was sent, and I then verify the fax number, and they have to re-fax. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I just don't get where the disconnect is...

Horrible experience. Called 10 times no answer. Went down in person and I was the only person there. They said they were too busy to answer phones, but when I show up the nurse was on her personal cell phone texting, with her back to me. I had to make 2 trips back and forth to my house bc they wouldn't answer my phone call and still didn't give me a definitive answer to my questions. What a waste of 2 hrs

Pack a lunch and dinner. They only have one lady working at all times. No receptionist. She draws one person per hour. Just be aware.

Each and every time, I am 100% impressed. My experience is they are professional, and my favorite item is they are quick on the draw! For somebody who is slightly squeamish or very squeamish this is such a great place! Thank you thank you thank you. See you soon.:)

They blasted leftist politics in the waiting room to the point where I unplugged the TV all together, the wait took a very long time with few people being seen, and they still enforce mask mandate despite there not being one so the waiting room is very miserable to be in for both atmosphere and comfort.

I am not in a good place mentally. And going into this i was very upset and sad to begin with. No need for me to explain how i am feeling mentally, however, the person who did my drug screening was very rude. Acted like i was a burden to her and rushed me. I have an LD, and she got frustrated with me when I didn't understand some of her instructions. It's because of people like this i am scared to go anywhere anymore. Hated every second i was in there

I recently have been to the Rochester NH LabCorp twice as the VA outsourced some bloodwork. Both times I met with Ann, and I have to say she was as kind as she was professional. I hope that LabCorp recognizes and retains great employees like her. She is also a Veteran and has honorably served her Country. Well done Ann!

I was a walk in on a Saturday as there were no more appointments available. I was there shortly after 10 am and there wasn't a seat available. People were out in the hallway, in their cars or just standing in the waiting room and complaining that they had already been there a half hour or longer. While I can appreciate that Labcorp wants to give good customer service and also has extra duties due to covid, they really should have 3 on staff on a Saturday. Keep two for blood and 1 for urine and either do all walk ins or appointments but not the two together. It puts such a strain on those wonderful techs who are trying to do their job all while making sure they are meeting the customer service needs and safety requirements that Labcorp strives to obtain. Remember not all customers are nice.

Horrible place doesn’t have anything in other sent me an email to get a drug screen showed up saying I can’t take a drug screen cause my child is with me I’m a single full time father with no help and can’t afford daycare trying to get a job and your impeding that by not letting me take my drug screen that’s insane and so unprofessional would not recommend

Made an appointment online (not mandatory) Super easy check-in process, friendly staff on site and it was the quickest labwork I have ever done. I wish the weekday hours were little longer but since they have Saturday hours I can't complain. :)
