“I love this place I've been coming here for years The staff is friendly and helpful, The other customers are friendly and helpful. The single stall bathroom is only accessible when a staff member is in the office, This is inconvenient when you really have to go pee, or have small children with you, however there are some businesses close by with available bathrooms to use. They have a vending machine with some snacks and drinks and possibly a laundry bag You can purchase soap and dryer sheets. All machines including the vending machines accept card and coins. I believe they do have wash dry & fold services for an additional charge.”
“Very very clean it was staffed with an employee that was helpful and easy to use the machines they took a credit card so I didn't have to worry about coins. They also had a dry cleaning service right there. I will definitely go there again.”
“My new favorite place to do laundry. Varneys was very clean and looked very well maintained! The employee was very friendly and helpful and I didn't encounter any of the stereotypical laundromat weirdos we've all come to know and love. The prices were good and my clothes are clean. I'll be back!”

“Absolutely awesome! Super clean and organized all new machines I love everything except the fact I brought all my quarters from change jar and no way to exchange them for laundry services if they would be so kind to have a machine that takes quarters or a way to convert them into use that would be great for customers and for them ,thank you Rochester laundry for having a great place to do laundry”
