“I'm not a huge fan of this sort of store, but they have been my go to local source for electric fence supplies. I also ordered one thing for my truck online and had it shipped to the store for pickup. That process was easy and worked well.”
“Customer service was pretty good, but it's inconsistent. Sometimes the person helping me is wonderful and sweet and chatty and sometimes they don't speak at all. The location is great and convenient. They have everything I ever look for for my pets.”

“April trimmed our citron cockatoo’s “Dinis” nails today. This is the first time he has ever been to her, and one would think he may be stressed with the visit. She was fantastic with him during the trimming, and afterwards I have never seen him so relaxed. April was so soothing and magical with him!!”

“I'm a dog person and went there for some Fromm dog treats that everybody in my dog training class is talking about. This store has the largest selection of dog toys in the area and many brands that other stores don't have. Of course they have stuff for farm animals, pets, and home and garden needs. Prices look good compared to other stores.
But the people at the cash register are lacking in basic customer service skills. No greeting at all. In fact not a word was spoken through the entire ring out process.”
