If you value your stuff, go elsewhere! Mice infestation running rampant. I find 2-3 dead mice in my unit per week. I have littered it with traps, peppermint patties, rodent deterrent, anything I can find really. If you get renters insurance through SpareBox, it covers for pest/rodent damage which helps, but still, it’s disgusting and potentially damaging to the equipment being stored here.
Ashanti with customer service helped me same day! Great help, only reason this place gets any stars at all, lol. Getting in-person support is a nightmare, at least at the Rochester, NH location.

Bravo was very helpful with my issue for my storage unit an account problems thanks a bunch bravo almost all issues fixed. There was a couple more but i forgot to bring them up. But bot ur fault you asked me if there was anything else n i said no like a dumb dumb lol hopefully who ever gets my message can be as quick n thorough 😊😊😊

I started renting a unit for my first time in June 2024 and left a 5-star rating, now I take it back. They rip you off for sure.
I've been there less than a yr and increased twice. I've been a landlord since 1977 and never, and I mean never, have I raised rents. I had people stay 15 years and never increase rents, others are 5 years plus and still pay the same rents. I surely hope they wait at least 5 years before the next increase.

overpriced, my monthly bill keeps going up every few months, I was paying $125 per month for a few years, then spare box bought the place and raised the price right away, it been a couple years and now my monthly bill is $275, I'm leaving spare box asap, this will be my last month

This is the worst management I have ever seen. Th owners before were great people and I was being charged $100 for my unit. It’s not temp controlled, no lights and no special amenities. Now that spare box has owned it, they have raised my rent 3 times and is at a whopping $243! This is completely absurd. I mean you can barely drive into the place the tar is so bad. Also my grandmothers unit was broken into. The insurance they make you get won’t pay a dime. The cops also said there wasn’t a camera. When I went to look at her unit, which I have stuff in, there is a camera pointed right at her unit. Rochester cops suck also unless they are in cahoots with spare box and the insurance company. Don’t ever rent from this place. As soon as I have room, I’m getting rid of my unit and will definitely never, ever rent from them again. Please beware. Definitely rip offs!
