Last week I got a flat out front, I pulled in not knowing what to do and even though they were very busy they helped me change my tire! I would have been stranded without their help! I will be bringing my car in for future repairs ! Thank you so much

I’ve used this shop a couple times over the last year. He is priced fairly, does the work on time, and Ive had no issues with the work that has been done. I plan to have more work done to one of my vehicles in the next few months. I will definitely return to this shop to give him my business.

Highly recommend! So glad I found this place! Explained everything I needed and didn’t try to upsell me and quoted me $1,000 less than Dover Honda. Will be coming back in the future!

I brought my tire in for a second opinion as the auto shop I took my tires to said the leak was in a spot that could not be plugged. And said that I would need all new tires as I have a four-wheel drive vehicle. I looked that up and that is accurate. I brought my tire to Rochester tire and automotive for a second opinion. Thank God I did. He said it could be plugged and charge me only $20 saving me well over $600 for tires that didn't need to be replaced!

The team at Rochester Tire was able to easily repair my car after another garage had quoted over $3000.00. They found the issue, which turned out to be minor and had it running smooth again in less than a day.
They have always been able to give a fast appointment and each time have had my car complete in less time than my work day. They've been polite, kind and informative.
I will continue to do business with them for as long as I can.

It's a weird place ?? , but the big guy who inspected my car was awesome, very friendly, i walked in and asked for inspection. I don't have to make any appointments at all. The only problem at this place was that they overcharged me, and I had to wait for the manager to come back about 45 mins to get my money back.

Awesome guys there i was in a jam had one day left to inspect they were booked but told me to drop my car off and they'd squeeze in between other appts very thankful for what they did for me and inspection was only $50

11/10. Very honest mechanic shop. Totally dropped my car off ready to pay for my pads and rotors on both axels, I was told months ago by another shop that front and rear needed to be done asap. They could have took my money and I wouldn’t have batted an eye but they gave me a call and let me know just my rears needed to be done. They were friendly, reasonable in pricing and quick.Service: Brakes
