The SW Rochester store is very professional. We were recommended by a pro. I also work in design in the building industry. Typically I’ve been a “Ben Moore Guy”, but our Cabinet selection colors with all S.W.My wife & I first went online for color selections, but tweaked it even further, when we took (5) 8x8 samples, on site, at our new home, to achieve the real lighting scenarios. We felt confident in purchasing a high-volume amount due to the 25% sorting sale. The store is great for pro and DIY customers and easy to park and load our vehicle (with help from the staff).All and all a great experience. More pics to come as we get the finish “off-white “ appliedand other finished materials blended into the mix.

We had gotten 2 gallons of paint to do our basement a few weeks ago. We used all of it and decided to grab another quart to do small touch ups and just to have on hand. So we went back again, the can didn't seem quite the same though they both said matte, acrylic so we thought it'd be okay. After putting it on and letting it dry it was very obviously not the same color. Today we went back again and brought in the quart and gallon cans and Bill who was working quickly agreed it would not be the same. He was so helpful and understanding in helping us get the right color and ensuring that we'd be able to cover the spots where it now no longer matched.
