One of the owners got my face thought we were going to end up throwing fist or something he was upset because my wife walked around the building because she didn't want to smoke inside the vehicle said we were scoping the place out accusing us of being criminals essentially I would not recommend going there very unprofessional. I hope they post the video

Reliable But Needs ImprovementI've been using Sof Spra self-serve car wash for a while now and it's your average run-of-the-mill car wash station. It provides all the essential amenities you'd expect, including the convenience of credit card readers, which I appreciate in today's digital age.That being said, there are a few areas where I feel Sof Spra could really step up their game. The switch time between soap and pre-rinse tends to be longer than ideal, making the overall process a bit more time-consuming than necessary. Additionally, the consistency between bays leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes, I've noticed certain options being unavailable or not working in some bays, while others don't seem to have this problem.More disappointingly, it appears these issues aren't being addressed promptly, if at all. There have been multiple instances where the same equipment malfunctions persist over time, suggesting a lack of maintenance or poor problem resolution, which can be frustrating.In conclusion, Sof Spra is a decent choice for a quick, self-service car wash in Rochester, NH, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of equipment maintenance and operational consistency. I'll continue using their services for now, as they're generally reliable, but I'm hoping to see these issues tackled in the future to enhance the overall customer experience.

Did a great job with my interior detail. They did, however, miss a few spots on the inside of the windshield, leaving marks. Easy fix though and wiped it myself when I got home.
