Service has really declined over time, I finally just have my refills snipped to me. I even had a woman tell me my prescription wasn't ready and I insisted that it was, that I was looking at the confirmation could she ask for some help. She refused, I had to go park and go inside to get my medication which was in fact there and ready. Today I was told they wouldn't auto fill and ship a med. They do, it's how all my needs come now. It's a shame because there are nice and smart people working there, but they seem to be far and few between now

Ok first I would like to say I wouldn't have given one star but I had to buy it would be a zero . I went into the pharmacy yesterday before I went to work to pick up my medications like I do every month and my wife had called on Sunday to make sure they had them the woman who answered the phone Sunday night said I was all set for Tuesday to pick up and said she was a pharmacist witch she was not so when I went in Tuesday morning they didn't have them also the pharmacist woman said my wife should have called Monday and not Sunday then she proceeded to be so rude to my wife and argued with her and said my doctor did not call them in when I know for a fact he did she also basically pushed the woman that was helping me out of the way ..I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life then she proceeded to read flag me to my doctor and said I was trying to pick up my meds early and I was not I have been on this medicine for 12 years I would think I know when they are ready I am so disgusted and disappointed in the way the woman pharmacist treated me and my wife this is by far the worst place I have ever used in my life and this woman pharmacist has no business working with the public she treated me like I was some kind of drug seeking looser I know there is a lot of people in that area that are bad but I am a business owner and I would never have anyone work for me I would actually like to speak to someone from Walgreens and report her she has a serious bad attitude and treats people so bad I have never seen anything like it I finally got my medication at the end of the day she acted like she didn't care and she hates her job and is completely miserable there is no need to treat people this way and should not be working with the public and as far as I'm concerned this isn't over yet I work for some very important people and I would never ever talk to or treat any of my customers like this so I am going to report her to someone higher up in Walgreens because this is not the first time this has happened and I was also the only person in there I'm sorry I made her do her job but for her to try and red flag me to my doctor is absolutely ridiculous my wife spoke with my doctor and he couldn't believe she did that and not to mention it was actually a day over picking up my medications...I'm appalled at the way she talked to me and my wife even went as far as making rude comments and throwing her ars around , maybe she needs to see a doctor and get some help ..last I will say again she has no business working with the public and if I had her name I would put on here but I will find out and be calling someone at Walgreens main office and reporting her for the way she acted I hope that there were cameras that record the way she treated me

If I could give them negative stars I would. I left this store in Rochester because they shamed me and made me feel like I wasn't deserving of common respect. Today, due to circumstances I ended up here to pick up a prescription that I was told verbally and electronically would be ready. And I must say, they treated me worse today than before. I've watched them treat multiple customers with no respect, and to be honest they are running around like chickens with their heads off with no real focus on customer care. It's just sad that a giant like Walgreens has to have an operation in a small New England community that sees no value in treating people as part of a community. Leaving disgusted and will never return.

Pharmacy has too many problems with service to list. If you are having trouble; filling/refilling prescription, waiting in long lines, communicating with the staff, feeling like a valued customer ... Do what I did and give your business back to one of the other pharmacies in town. Rite-Aid and CVS could solve these issues. Just trying to help others fed up with this Walgreens in Rochester N.H.

A pharmacy is a pharmacy, and all will have problems, but this was very frustrating. I had my doctor send my script to this pharmacy because it's listed as 24/7 and I work nights, so it's hard for my to get to a pharmacy during normal business hours - I call to check on my prescription and am left on hold for over an hour and a half. No one ever picked up as once the clock hit 1:30am, the system hung up on me for the pharmacy's scheduled meal break. When I called the store itself to see if the pharmacist was in, I was informed that they would not be 24/7 all week - but the answering machine and the store's website don't mention this at all, and still act as though the pharmacy is available. An hour and a half on hold, and not once did the machine mention that no one was there. Just update the machine if it's going to be a week long thing, I've seen other Walgreens locations do it before, this was beyond frustrating.

Unbelievably bad experience. Got there early for a COVID-19 vaccine shot, and yet, even a half-hour past the appointment time (!), the promised paperwork was nowhere in sight, disgruntled pharmacy customers were openly complaining, and you seemed more likely to get the virus than a shot against it. Had we not left, I fear we may have spent the remainder of our lives there.

Made an appointment for the covid booster on 9/18/23 for 9/21/23. Got a call 5 minutes before I was leaving to advise they didn’t have the shot in stock. Rescheduled for 9/27/23. Arrived at 1:05 for a 1:30 appt. Was checked in by 1:15pm. Proceeded to stand around for 70 minutes with no communication and finally had to leave to get my child at school. This will be my last trip to a Walgreens.

Bate and switch on shelf items. This seems to happen very often. Poor customer service.Update: If you shop there, just because an item has a price tag, it’s not that price. Interesting! I was told that all pricing is for “rewards cards “.

Their pharmacy is not all th a t helpful with questions. They wouldnt help me with a new diabetes reader. They are extremely slow when you go inside to pick something up

I'm still baffled as to how my license got "lost" at the drive thru. I understand you're busy, but you really should be more careful with people's property!
