I’ve brought 2 of my cars to Paul’s over the past year or so. Each time, I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision about getting them fixed. They’ve been transparent about pricing and taken the time to explain the issues I’m having in great detail. They’ve put me at ease so I can trust that I’m being treated fairly and actually fixing the issues my vehicles have had. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area, they’re earned the great reputation that they have!

What I thought was going to be a welding project -wasn't.
Exhaust eval was fast, and fixing was way more than satisfying.
If I didn't ride thru rollinsford 1st, I would have had a nice expensive ride to Kittery or Portsmouth..

I needed to find a new mechanic – the owner at the shop I used for 5 years stepped away from the business, and the family and staff that took over tried to pad the labor charges on two occasions – I caught them both times. I am a small business owner, and trust is most important.
A friend uses Paul’s and recommended him and his shop. I called on a Monday, got an appointment on a Wednesday, and the car was repaired (excellently) by Friday. Paul’s provides a 3 year/ 36,000 warranty on parts and labor, which is outstanding in this industry. All shops generate revenue to pay the bills through labor and a mark-up on parts. They use premium parts, and have a very, very reasonable mark-up (I researched the cost) and labor rates.
John, the service advisor, was transparent and communicated through the entire process, including the diagnostic charge and was very polite, timely and comprehensive - I asked him some tough questions. CJ worked on my car, was very thorough in his assessment, and did a 1st rate job – I can’t hear the motor run. Paul and his whole staff work hard, are early to work and do everything they can to make sure the customer has an excellent experience.
Their shop is also one of the cleanest and best organized I have seen. It is only my first time using their services, but I would encourage anyone who needs automotive repair to check them out, first. I will go back for all my car’s needs.

My truck broke down on a holiday weekend n I had it towed to Paul’s. The service tech walked me though what he found n an estimate was given before any work was done. After I gave the green light to fix it he went through the truck n gave a me a run down of a few other things that need to eventually be done. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.

People working in the shop are very accommodating and explains what needs to be done and recommends what is best for the vehicle. Has very reasonable prices for their service. Would highly suggest this place if you need any repair work done.

Very happy I went with Paul’s Integrity Auto. I had an old 1971 Land Rover that needed some work, and even though they had never serviced this year/model they took on the project with no hesitation (unlike some other garages I tried) and it’s running great now. Definitely would recommend, and I’ll be back.

Paul and crew are amazing! Had some quirky things going on with my temp in my Wrangler - they figured it out and fixed it. 3 different sensors went and the thermostat. They kept me informed through every step and explained it so I would understand. This is my second time there and I wont go anywhere else!

After having an multi-month issue that two different dealership service teams couldn't figure out, Paul's reached out via a FB thread I did looking for help. They were able to figure it out, work with my warranty provider, and get things squared away at an affordable price -- all while providing constant communication via their text program.
I would highly recommend them.

Nothing but good things to say about Paul’s Auto! They really put their best effort into diagnosing and satisfying the customer’s vehicle repair needs. Paul and Anthony went out of their way to keep me updated on the work progress, amidst part delays (which is totally understandable during the week of a holiday). Overall, Paul’s Auto is the epitome of Integrity. Not once did it seem like they were nickel and diming nor did they try to sell me on work I didn’t truly need. The way you suggested potential work needed the near future was very professional, which goes a long way in achieving return customers!
Huge shout out for performing this work on perhaps the hottest days of the summer, I know now how much work went into repair my AC (which now blows cold cold, thank you!)

Since moving to New Hampshire, I've gone to Paul's Integrity auto repair shop.They've been honest with me and also bringing to my attention recalls that need to be addressed. I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone in the surrounding area.

My mechanic has recently retired and I was forced to find a honest mechanic and I have found them.. they checked everything on my car and was very helpful and had my car done on time

First time customer. Great garage, seems like a great group of people behind all that wrenching too. They did a fantastic job on our older vehicle (2003 corolla!) and were very reasonable on price. Dropped off, picked up, drives fantastic now. Highly recommended!
