They offer NAUI certification, which is recognized around the world, and provide excellent and knowledgeable instruction. Their teachers are passionate about safety but also make sure everyone has fun. They offer one-on-one instruction that is very supportive and focus on a terrific approach for all ages, including kids. The training results in excellent abilities and ease in the water that is highly praised by dive professionals.
The shop has a dive pool on site and lots of equipment available to rent or buy. The staff is very helpful in finding gear that properly fits, providing thorough explanations, and offering an excellent exchange policy. They go on group dives every Saturday morning complete with a cookout after. Located just minutes off the highway, it is a great shop worth the detour for top-notch equipment and a wonderful experience for beginners and seasoned divers alike.
Got certified here when I was 12 and they still treat me like family, almost thirty years later! Great place to do business with.

Atlantic aquasport has been amazing. I came in February wanting to learn how to dive so I could dive the Great Barrier Reef by first week of April. They made an individualize schedule for me for my classes and dives at my best convenience. By time I went to dive the reef I felt more than confident. They have been amazing.
