    “I want to give some recognition to Molly, who I got to talk to and helped my friend and I out at the Newington location, but this is her home location so I wanted to review my experience with her here :) She was absolutely incredible from the second we entered the store! She did some upselling, but managed to keep it completely unique to us and got our vibe down pat the minute we entered the store. She was beyond kind and knowledgeable. She even gave us some of the snacks they have for employees after we mentioned that we had to wait for our dinner plans and we were kinda hungry. She was just beyond sweet, energetic, kind, and overall just went above and beyond. Anyone who has the chance to work with/talk to Molly is one lucky duck :))”

    “I love this store for mens fashion. Some of my favorite pieces come from here and whenever I wear them people want to know where they come from. The store is well organized and kept neat. The staff is friendly and it is always a fast checkout. I know this is a corporate chain but they must have good buyers. The quality is high and the styles are unique. My least favorite things in the mens department are the shoes and accessories. They do not live up to the rest of the items for sale in the store. It would be better to eliminate the shoes and accessories than to carry poor quality ones. But other than that everything else is stellar in quality and style. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend this store for mens fashion.”

    “Stopped in 45 minutes before closing. I am short, so I couldn't reach the higher racks well for clothing. Noah came over & offered his assistance. I couldn't believe the customer service I was receiving. I told Noah my size & what I was looking for in sweaters. He went to the racks & picked out various styles for me. Noah was so friendly & told me I didn't have to rush shopping since he was there until after closing. I felt so respected & appreciated as a customer. Unfortunately you do not see this level of customer service today. Noah is a real gem.”

    “A small but very nice store. The merchandise was all neatly organized and displayed. There was all types of women's and men's apparel. Sleepwear, underwear, tops, bottoms and more. There is a fitting room there just in case you're shopping and want to try some things on. The prices were pretty good on what they were selling. I got a couple of short sleeve tops that were marked down to $15 each. One was a solid burgundy color and the other one came in a grey print. I tried them on and they look great. The guy working at the counter was very nice and helped me sign up for their loyalty program while I was paying for my items. I'd come back here again next time I am in the area.”

    “I’m writing this review for my mother (she doesn’t know how). She had excellent service from the staff and especially the manager, Ron, who helped her find her size in a dress she loved. Ron was kind enough to order the dress for her and have it delivered to the store, and also honor the sale price it was listed as. The store was also immaculately clean and neat.     “My 13 year old daughter got a gift card from Rue 21 for her 13th birthday. She absolutely LOVES the store. She had never been in before, as her age was still a bit young for the clothing, but now that she's been there, she wants to go back!!! She got some earrings and shirts. There are clothes for girls that are a bit older, like 18+, but there was still plenty of less risque clothing.”

The value retailer opened its first Minnesota store on Sept. 3 at Mall of America in Bloomington, close to 35,000 square feet stocked with Minnesota Vikings gear through the chain's NFL partnership.
