Jenness State Beach is a popular destination for beachgoers, offering a scenic and serene setting. The beach is known for its beautiful scenery, with stunning views towards Hampton Beach at sunset. During the fall, people still come here to surf, and the beach is often less crowded compared to nearby beaches. The beach features public pay parking available for $3 per hour, as well as bathrooms and change rooms located right next to the parking lot. There are also a few takeout food options across the street, making it a convenient spot for a day at the beach. While the beach is generally well-maintained and clean, visitors are encouraged to be respectful and dispose of their trash properly. Parking can be a bit challenging, and visitors should ensure they park entirely off the white line to avoid costly tickets. Overall, Jenness State Beach is a hidden gem that offers a peaceful and enjoyable beach experience, with ample space, clean facilities, and nearby food and shopping options.

People still come here to surf in the fall. It was a nice day in November, 58°. There were tons of shells washed up on shore due to the storm out at sea, as well as the full “super” moon. The pics were looking towards Hampton Beach at sunset.

Beautiful beach, low tide today but still some surfing going on. Public pay parking available for $3 per hour directly on the beach side of the A1A highway. Bathrooms and change rooms are available right beside the parking lot. There are a couple of takeout food options across the street. Love this spot!
