I was told at the store in Rye NH that the LCD screen was covered under 5 year warranty. The tech (Steven) comes and says that it actually isn't covered because of just what I told him I thought the reason was. Tim has been excellent through this entire process. He took the time to listen to all of our wants on our wish list and he found us the perfect hot tub. He went above and beyond she demonstrated the Bluetooth speakers and was patient with every question we had. Cannot recommend Tim enough!

Bought the Prism tub yesterday at the Rye location. The sales person, Tim was really great to work with. He was knowledgeable and honest and didn’t pressure us in any way. Thank you for making us feel like valued customers! If anyone out there is looking at getting a tub, go see Tim! You’ll be glad you did.
