“Karen at the Rye Post office is amazing. She greets many people personally and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Walking in is almost a step back in time to the local village post office. It's full service, hardly any wait and has parking available too. Highly recommended.”

“I have dropped off mail ? and purchased stamps here and I was impressed with the style of how the building looks both inside and out. It has an older and classic look that adds to the character of New Castle. I love the old style of post office boxes. The welcome mat at the front door ? is a nice ? touch.
I had a great chat with the woman ♀️ who was working behind the counter. She told me that the Great Island Gardening Club nor only takes care of the flowers ? at the Post Office but for all of the public places at New Castle ?.”

“Want to say that of all the Post Offices I frequented prior, The Greenland NH Location is by far the best. I live in an adjacent town and utilize the Greenland location for all of my postal needs. The ladies at this location are always personable, no matter how busy the place is or what may be going on with them at the time. Thanks again for the great customer service ladies. Frank”

“The two women working today were incredibly helpful and saved my butt. I sold an item online and mailed it two weeks ago. The buyer was worried that it hadn't arrived and I couldn't find my receipt with the tracking number for them to check the status. I had the date and approximate time of the post office transaction and the employees went out of their way to find a copy of the transaction and got me the tracking number. I really appreciate the extra effort.”

“Friendly, helpful and informative people work here. I cannot understand a negative review as going to a usps in any city does not even come close to the way one is treated here.”

“I know that there’s been some issues with mail delivery in this town. I think things have gotten better in the past couple years. Every town probably has their complaints about mail delivery in some form. My last few visits to the post office itself have been positive, and the most recent one stands out. I went to deliver an important piece of mail this week and I must’ve been having an off-day because I completely botched the whole envelope. Thankfully, the nice man behind the counter helped me fix it and didn’t make me feel like an imbecile. He helped me find the best way to send it because I had to get it there ASAP. But then… I got the zip code wrong. He pointed it out nicely when he saw the state it was going to, and helped me find the right one. He even spent the time crossing the old zip code out more thoroughly so there weren’t any problems. Then, I got the street number wrong! He couldn’t find the address. He didn’t make me feel bad or tell me I must’ve messed up. He took my word for it and kept looking for the address until my brain turned on and I realized I put in the wrong number. The whole time he was helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid for making all these mistakes. That was a 5 star experience. He could’ve been justifiably irritated, but instead he was patient and kind.”

“USPS has very competitive rates, slightly lower than FedEx and lots cheaper than UPS.Exeter, NH many times has one clerk only and back-ups due occur, due to folks who don’t print their own labels or who have specific questions re. passports or needing mail registered, etc. Parking on Front St. can be troublesome at times and side lot is small.Hampton Falls, NH closed for lunch 12-1 pm. Inside drop box for pre-printed packages. Usually one clerk and always very pleasant. Plenty of parking.”

“A package I was receiving accidentally had the wrong zip code printed on it, so I called up as soon as I realized this and the man on the phone immediately went to find the package and was able to forward it to the correct address, very nice and professional!”
