If you’re looking for a reliable moving company and seamless process call Paul. Within 24 hours of our conversation Billy and Luis were at my home with a smile and positive attitude. They not only moved things from point a to b but also re arranged some furniture I had existing which was a huge help. Highly recommend using this company!

First time I hire a moving company with all of my lifetime transitions. Best decision I made , no regrets it was extremely helpful.
I chose this company overall because of the comfort , safety and security I felt after speaking with Paul , his reassurance, who is also the owner of the business.
However, the day of the move I got nervous w my decision due to the movers showing up 3 hours late!
With no notification, no phone call letting me know. I had to sit there and wait for 3 hours.
Still frustrated , I was able to reach Paul as he is very consistent with picking right up and available for direct contact with all his customers. He was very apologetic, and explained the unforeseen circumstance that came up on another job , gave me full reassurance of their arrival and offered a substantial discount due to the inconvenience.
I felt so much better after speaking w him.
Once they showed up everything went as smooth as planned. The guys were great! I could tell right away they were experienced and knew what they were doing. Instant relief and calming of my nerves. At that point I was confident I made the right decision choosing A-Z Moving! The guys that showed were very professional, friendly , they here organized and very considerate of my personality belongings. Hardworking . They got the job done!!! They worked very hard that day as I have a lot of things and am on the 3rd floor.
I could tell The 3 of them had a system they implicated that made the move organized , safe done in a timely manner. They worked as a team and very well together . Especially when it came to large heavy furniture.
Paul came through , stuck to his word and honored the discount which was very fair.
I am pleased with there work and will hire them again when I need to. I will also recommend this company immediately if they need movers.

The movers at A to Z movers were so nice to us and very communicative about the whole process. Paul was extremely helpful during a tight schedule to move. Great company. Would highly recommend!

Our experience with the A to Z Moving staff was very positive. Moving into new construction, our moving date changed a few times, but Paul was always willing to work with our schedule.
The crew was courteous, and mindful of our furniture. Since we were moving into a newly built home, we were apprehensive about scratches on the hardwood floors or knicks in the walls, etc. But the crew leader, Carlos, listened to our concerns and had a solution for each one.
The move went perfectly!
Thank you to Paul and his staff for making a stressful day, a bit easier.

A to Z showed up to my doorstep in Portland Maine on time and had my entire apartment moved to the other side of the city before 2pm. They are great people who moved my things with real care, and made the entire move so much easier for me. Would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone living in the Portland Maine area

Worst experience with a moving company ever! Terrible customer service! The movers damaged a railing post while moving the furniture in. I addressed the situation immediately with the movers who of course denied it and said I had to call the owner. I called and left messages with no call back. He finally answered my call and denied getting my messages. Then after providing pictures and details he continued to deny responsibility or make this right. They were moving furniture into an empty house that the realtor had done a walk through on that morning and the gouge in the railing post was not there. I was told by Paul the owner of A to Z that the gouge was there previously. When I pointed out that this was not noted on the paperwork the movers provided, he didnt respond. On top of this the moving truck was so dirty that all the bins were cover in dirt as well as paint getting on my TV Console (I wasn't moving paint, not sure where that even came from). The customer service from the owner was terrible, he avoided my calls and emails not taking responsibility or doing anything to make the situation right. If you value your belongs or your residence please do not use these movers!
