The people who work here are so great with my sweet, nervous dog Winston. Taking him to the vet is always an adventure, and they're so good to him. I really appreciate that they love him and try to make it as positive for him as possible!

I love how they care for my cat, but this time they sent her home & gave me the syringe they get every check up for worming or whatever & they've always done it there. I tried but she spit it all out, so she essentially had none. Other than that it's been 6yrs of satisfaction.

I’ve been waiting a whole week for the manager to call me. Does “Isaiah” from banfield even exist?? I’ve left messages with the receptionist and voicemail. I complained about calling multiple times and nobody answering and asked why my dog went in for a dental cleaning and she was there 9.5 hours!!!! “Sarah Ricard’s” answer was- if you don’t like it CANCEL your plan. I’ve been taking my dogs to banfield for 10 years. Please hire more employees and make sure they’re professional.

I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience at Bandfield Pet Hospital!Transferring my dog, Daisy, here for better care was a great decision, and I was highly satisfied with their services. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to discuss Daisy’s food and Wellness plans. They took care of all her vaccinations, including the rabies shot, and even conducted a DNA test which was included in her wellness plan, all at an affordable price. The veterinarian were attentive and took the time to explain everything to me, making me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. And a special shout-out to Sophia at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and nice. Bandfield Pet Hospital has earned my highest recommendation for their outstanding care and exceptional staff! highly recommend them for any pet owner looking for top-notch care for their furry friends.

For my first visit, they didn’t answer the phone when I called 10 times during business hours over 1.5 hours to try to confirm whether my online rescheduled appointment actually went through. No response. I tried to call corporate who got back to me after 30 mins telling me they can’t see appointments and have the same phone number to reach the hospital as I do. I decided to drive to the location anyways to see if I had an appointment, cause I’d really like to get my dog checked out and it’s hard to get appointments. There wasn’t a single person in the waiting room, and two employees at the front desk. Why wasn’t my call answered? She asked if I left a voicemail, because she checks those. I had left one the night before, but why can’t they just pick up the phone? Or call back? She said there wasn’t an appointment for me and “sometimes the online ones don’t go through”. All together a very frustrating experience.I will certainly go to a different vet because I need to be able to have reliable communication with them and a reliable booking system.

Would be amazing if they actually picked up the phones and or call back. You literally have to call for hours before getting someone in the phone.

I do not understand why this hospital has only 3 stars on here because I have had nothing, but spectacular visits. The staff is all very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I brought my brand new furry friend (a 7 week old kitten) in to get his very first check up and the staff was so very loving, caring, and attentive towards him. They are also very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend this Banfield location if you are looking for high quality and affordable pet care!

If I could give zero stars I would. My dog has sadly passed away because benfield had to make seven incisions on my dog. Mind you a puppy after the ER telling me that he did not need seven incisions and has came to the point that he has became septic because of Banfield and has passed away. It's sad like people like this can sleep at night and live with themselves. It's even sadder when managers don't care if I had to recommend anything to anybody, I would ask you all to take your dogs to the ER. Even though it's more money, they actually know what they're doing and your dog will survive and feel that has to be the worst place I've ever went to in my life for my dog. There are people told me that he had three incisions and I went and there was seven as I was told at the ER

Most of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Getting an appointment is tough unless you drop off which I am not a fan of.

They helped my dog who came in bleed from a completely broken nail and treated us so well. No appointment, no prior history. And they were extremely reassuring
