“The customer service was great. They sent regular text updates to let me know what stage of the repair process my car was in. The actual repairs were well done and my car looks great. They also worked with the rental car company so that I could pick up and drop off right at the shop, and with my insurance company to submit the estimate, etc. It was a seamless and easy experience all around.”
