Came in to get a gift for a family member. Abi was extremely helpful and sweet, so was the rest of the staff! Totally recommend this location, better than my experiences with the one in manchester.

We love coming here! Hana is the absolute best, we appreciate her kindness and she has truly gone above and beyond for my kids. She has made this a special place for us, I hope Build-A-Bear knows what a gem they have with her as their employee.
