My experience with Life Storage has been very fair, from the first day of renting the people were very pleasant, and every month instead of using the app because of my busy schedule, I just contact Joanne the Manager of my location and it’s a quick and easy process, she is very nice and very professional at all times. Life Storage on 232 N Broadway in Salem, NH is a great place for your storage needs. We needed a short term rental going between an apartment and a house and this location was very clean and convenient. Additionally, the store manager, Joanne Viera, was phenomenal. Having looked at other Life Storage locations where the store managers were "salesy" and we didn't feel comfortable working with them, we had the exact opposite experience with Joanne who was super easy to work with, down to earth, and just made the experience overall so much better! Would definitely recommend this location for your storage needs.

We stored with LifeStorage for many years and never had any complaints. The office team was always so helpful.
