Absolutely terrible experience. I tried to cash a Chase check and it was impossible. My customer had to go get me cash. Even with her approval and plenty of money in the account they would not give me my money. I was at the salem NH branch, the employees were rude and condescending. I've never had such a terrible experience with a bank, they made me feel like I was a problem for wanting my money. Would give 0 stars if I could. I will never except a chase check again. What despicable business practices. They basically were like its not your money till you get it. Plus a $10 fee to cash their own check. Do not use this bank or branch.

Just terrible. After an online application for a checking account didn't go through, I came to my local branch thinking I could straighten the situation out in person. They proceeded to go as slow as possible, try to sell me a savings and retirement account I didn't want, and then started to get upset when I told them I needed to be someplace else within the next hour. They take themselves and their jobs so seriously, but the same can't be said for customer service

I’ve seen some negative reviews I’m not sure why… it could be possible that some staff are new since the branch opened up.. I’ve come to realize that but my last few experiences there were pleasant. When someone there did not know something they sought help from a colleague or a manager. I’ve been in sales for some time now and always did the same thing and I appreciate the effort. We are only human. Everyone is friendly and I found it quite pleasant to be in there!

I came from Florida and did walk to the branch and did deposit some cash and some check I find 3 weak after the bank charge me for night drop deposit never happened. I di went to this branch for the first time one of the Managers did walk through to me after trying looking in to account with a debit card. he did tell me he couldn't find any of my accounts and did make me panic saying my account has not been found. and he took my drivelines and act like is I am suspect, so after the talk, I calm down and then after 2 weak I try again I di told them I do not form are and spend 20 dollars to visit the bank and need another 20 dollars to go my home. the man was very rude and not nice at all and he pushy and he did want to fix to the wrong charge he keep saying I do have to approve and come back with receive which bank did charge me night box I didn't have deposited in night box drop. he acts like saying me by by make me felt get out the bank is not a professional tome.

Established a Chase savings account in North Port, Florida. Flew to New Hampshire with desire to add my son to account. Called Tuscan Village multiple times to set up appointment....no answer. Visited branch on Monday only to be told "come back on Friday at 9 am. Arrived Friday only to be told that my son can't be added, as Friday exceeded Wednesday due date for adjustments to account. The 1st representative appeared to understanding and called manager over.

Waste of time multiple times I’ve tried to cash a Check and could not with a d*** teller on the other side. Then fees for cashing a check with no account. Screw you chase

I was wondering why this bank had such poor reviews. I just called them quickly found out why.Customer service is very poor and these people are very very very lazy.

It's been a year now that I am trying to get an account name switched and I even met with the manager in person -- they tell me just email us a particular document and I have done that several times an I don't even get a response let alone anything done. Sadly this is the only Chase in my area. But there are plenty of other banks....

Chase restricted and closed my account without informing me, had to drive an hour to this branch, TWICE, during a pandemic. Still wouldn't give me an answer why, and had to pay off my credit card in full WITHOUT ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT FUNDS.Quick look online and I'm not the only one they've done this to. If I hadn't casually checked my account or had cash on hand, my credit would've tanked.Lesson learned: never keep all your money in a bank, much less one this scummy.

More of the same Salem banking. Same people that knew nothing about customer service at the banks they used to work for. Went in Saturday morning, not a customer in sight, 4 employees that I saw doing nothing but socializing or tasks completely unrelated to the only customer sitting around watching them do this - me. You couldn't be clearer in communicating how little my personal or commercial business mattered here. Sad, I know Chase bank from NY. Have a car loan with them and had high hopes for doing business here in NH. Not anymore.
