“We actually needed to use the bathroom but I made a purchase while I was there. The bathroom was in decent shape. The fuel ⛽ pump area was in good shape. The staff were friendly. Prices are reasonable for the area.”

“I went in today to close an account. I'm giving 5 stars because the manager was really helpful, and I could feel she really wanted to do her best to help me take care of what I needed. She greeted me with a smile and asked how she can help as I walked in. I told her my situation and she told me exactly what I needed to do. The whole thing took about 10 minutes. I'm not too thrilled about the parking lot though. I almost pulled into the one way ATM exit! A bigger do not enter sign would be great please.”

“Yesterday I went to Eastern Bank in Salem NH. I met with branch Manager Scott as I had need of some expertise advice and guidance with an existing account and opening a new Money Market account. Scott took all of the time needed to explain to me the steps that would be happening to accomplish what I wanted to do with some funds.
I left a happy customer after getting everything I needed done properly with the guidance of Scott.”
