I had a good experience at Salem coach, the employees were very kind and I was able to hold a bag for purchase for an anticipated drop so I didnt miss out. I also have stamped a custom hangtag at this location and it turned out very nice!

I visited this store when I was on vacation for a certain bag. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock. Christine kindly arranged to have the bag shipped to store for me to collect before travelling home. Christine’s customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. She is a credit to this Coach store.
