The employees are painfully unprofessional and seemingly incompetent. They have a very hard time taking ownership when they make a mistake and instead of being any form of apologetic they cop an attitude and make excuses in an effort to say "well, it's not my fault". That was both the first and last time I shop at the Salem location.

Since they are in a temporary location the store is cramped and in disarray. You can still find most things. Hopefully they are back to the regular location soon.

There aren’t many sporting goods stores that are as helpful as these folks. Definitely hitting them up next time I need to buy shoes or goods.

If sporting goods are what you want, Dick’s is the place to be. They have everything that you need, and what you can’t find, they’ll look for you. Friendly staff and knowledgeable too.

The store is extremely efficient. Called up ahead of time to check if they had the item and told them that I’d be dropping by to pick it up. When I got there the item was ready for me, and they even assisted me with other stuff that I was Interested in getting. Overall, I had a great experience and would buy again from them.

I’ve been a long-time customer and every single time, they’re service is phenomenal. They have all I need and I can even order special items through them. Why would I go anywhere else for sporting goods?

Best experience I have ever had in when buy golf clubs. They had everything I needed and the guy that assisted me definitely knew what he was talking about. Need more people like that.

Even on what seemed like an extremely busy day at their store, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and was able to assist me with my needs. The wait at the cashier was also very fast. They’re very efficient.

Their prices are really great, cheaper even than in some places like Target or Walmart, and the staff are so helpful and looked up everything I asked for.

I had a problem with one of the items I bought from them and they quickly assisted me and got everything replaced. I even got store credit for the damaged item

Great customer service. The staff was very welcoming and able to answer all my questions and I had a lot of questions. They really knew their stuff and even double-checked things for me just to see if I got the best deal on the cleats I was getting.

One satisfied customer here, looking for some gear for football and they have everything. They were quick to get the gear out of inventory and rung me up on the cashier right away. Great price too!
