Young spanish women didnt speak english so i couldnt talk to her. I asked multiple questions and she just stared at me. Then picked up my customers order & the bag ripped so i couldnt carry it correctly & she just handed it to me and didnt replace it or anything as if she didnt want to. 0/5 stars. Get it from another store.

Ordered arrangement a week ahead for birthday, was delivered a day earlier than requested unable to keep together because of size needed it for Bday party ! No one warned us it would be early ruined the Birthday party!

Andy you were amazing when I met you today morning for giving me the best platter for my son's teacher she was very impressed opened it when i was there and she distributed to all the teachers and everybody enjoyed it was impressive and tasty ...thanks again this is the best Edible Arrangement

Ordered an edible arrangement last week to celebrate my daughter's recent achievement. Please see the photo - what we ordered is on the left and what we received is on the right. We have tried to call to this location to discuss our concerns several times and no one answers the phone. Paid over $100 for this. I couldn't be more disappointed. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that this location has let us down. I don't think we will be returning.

Ordered an edible arrangement today to celebrate my daughter's recent achievement. Please see the photo - what we ordered is on the left and what we received is on the right. We paid over $100 for this. I couldn't be more disappointed. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that this location has let us down. I don't think we will be returning.

When you finally get them to answer the phone, they offer zero help or customer service when they got the order wrong. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

They have excellent products and even better customer service. Extremely happy with the team. I called the store at 4:30 pm to ask if they can make a delicious party arrangement for me and LEO was extremely pleasant on the phone and said no problem, he will have that ready for me in less than 45 minutes!!! The product was excellent and my guests thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruits. If this store keeps the same team in place they will definitely get by business again and again. THANK YOU!

Ordered the large Celebration Dipped Fruit arrangement on Tuesday with Leo for a Friday delivery to Concord, NH. On Thursday around noon I realized I had the date wrong and wanted the delivery for that same afternoon. I called the store and again spoke to Leo to see if it was possible. He assured me he would make it happen and he did! I was concerned with so many negative reviews for this location, but want to say that was not my experience at all. Give them a try!

Never using edible arrangements again, they had no problem taking the payment but never delivered the order… I’m sure it still hasn’t been made yet, I even was d*** enough to pay extra for same day shipping. I’ve called the store several times left a message and even got hung up on without even getting a word out. I can’t even cancel the order because the order number doesn’t even match anything on the website.

I ordered a Valentine's Day arrangement that included chocolate covered strawberries and 2 dozen roses. It arrived with 1 dozen roses that were in terrible shape. I reached out online to the corporate office. I got reference number and was told I would get an emailed response within 48 hours. I waited 4 or 5 days and then called. I was routed to the local store and after I explained what happened I was told I would get a call back from the manger within a day or two. I waited a week and called again. I was told the manager tried to call (I didn't have any missed call or message) I checked that they had the correct number which they did. I was told the manager would call me the next morning. I waited all day and no call. I called the store again and was told again the manager had called me (again no missed call and no message) at which point the person in the phone told me that the manager said I should just dispute the charges. What awful customer service and if you look at the reviews I think most people agree. Fortunately we have another store in our area so I will try them next time.
