I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of a recent incident involving one of your rental vehicles. Several months ago, while our rented car was stationary at an intersection, it was rear-ended by another vehicle. Despite our immediate efforts to report the accident to the authorities and notify your customer service department, the response from your company has been wholly inadequate.It is imperative that I emphasize the severity of the situation: our vehicle was stationary at the time of the accident. The fact that we were rear-ended while at a complete stop underscores the negligence of the other driver and the gravity of this incident. Despite this, it took an inexcusable two to three months for your company to even acknowledge the situation and request information about the responsible party. Furthermore, your suggestion that we could be held accountable for compensation if the responsible party couldn't be found is utterly preposterous.Let me be unequivocal: it is your company's responsibility to handle such situations promptly and effectively. The delay in your response and the lack of urgency in addressing this matter demonstrate a profound failure on your part. We adamantly refuse to accept any responsibility or liability for an accident that occurred while our vehicle was stationary.We expect your company to take full responsibility for any accidents involving your vehicles, especially when they occur under such clear-cut circumstances.We expect an immediate and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Failure to address this issue adequately will result in further action on our part. If you require additional information or wish to discuss this matter further, do not hesitate to contact me.

Only went through them once but good experience, Enterprise (Salem new hampshire) picked us up in a car they thought we would like. Unfortunately did not like SUV / Wagon thing. Needed something taller as in real SUV or Truck.Guy at the counter definitely understood and offered a couple other selections.We left with something that lifted us a little higher off the ground.

I just want to say Dan the manager went above and beyond for me I truly appreciate it. I rented a passenger van online it said haverhill ma. Well they called and canceled said they have no more transferee me to Salem nh. Well I got lucky enough to get Dan on the phone he searched and found me one saved my whole vacation. I came here from va to visit a bunch of family and without that van we couldn’t all fit (drive an rv up) top notch service thanks so much once again

Nice to be able to pick up car locally. Reasonable wait to get to the car. Staff walks you through the inspection process to make sure you are not dinged when you return the car.

It's a little on the pricey side. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait to get your car. They're also sometimes out of the type you reserve.

Keep in mind that the reservation was for a Saturday12pm (right at closing time in Salem, NH). I reserved a mid-size car (Toyota Camry). I arrived at the rental agency around 11:40am I had to wait 5 minutes inside the building as there was no one in sight. As it turned out there were only two reps members working so that was understandable. The rep that attended me was nice. We went outside and he retrieved the car. Instead of the Sedan I was given a Lincoln Corsair, I know it was an upgrade but I was going to drive it for about 400 miles and I was looking for a more fuel efficient car. But being almost 12 I didn't want to argue. He quickly explained the functions of the car and we did the due diligence of the exterior and interior of the carAt this point I am giving Enterprise a strong 4 stars. What knocked it down to 3 stars? Well, the rep handed me the keys and said have a great weekend and he moved on to a female rep who greeted him and they went inside the building. As the doors closed, a car pulled up to the doors a gentleman got out and tried the door. It was locked. The gentleman approached me and asked if the place was closed. I told him that it shouldn't be because I had just seen the reps go inside as the car pulled up. Well, the man started banging on the doors to no avail. I told him that there were other doors on the side of the building. Both of us went around and knocked but no one came out. I left at 12:05 and at that time no one had come out. The gentleman explained to me that they (his wife was with him) had gotten stuck in a traffic jam. I believe that was unprofessional by the reps. The man said that he had a reservation at 12. The reps had to know that there was still a reservation open. I would understand if it had been 15 minutes or later past 12pm but this was 1 minute after. Would I rent again from Enterprise? If the price is right, yes and make sure I show up a few minutes before closing time.
