Been a customer for a few years and have really appreciated the customer service and communication from Extra Space throughout. Saul was also great at trying to help me find options that were a better fit for what I needed to store. Would definitely recommend!

I had never rented a storage unit before, but Saul made the experience incredibly easy. He was very helpful and patient, taking the time to walk me through the process and show me the different unit sizes available. We discussed what I needed to store, and he helped me choose the perfect unit. The facility itself was clean and easy to navigate. I originally intended to check out a few other places, but Saul’s excellent customer service convinced me to go with this business right away. Highly recommend!

I hav been a member at this Extra Space site for a few years and must say that the service has always been impeccable. Every service request I have made has been dealt professionally and efficiently. Most recently, Sal, one of the managers, took care of a unit transfer seamlessly and answered all of my questions. I certainly recommend renting units at this site!
