I drove 40mins to the Salem NH location and got there 2mins before closing. I had 5 boxes, 3 of which were already tagged and ready to ship. Two boxes needed to be entered into the system. A sweet young lady greeted me and started processing the boxes while I ran back outside to get the last one from the car. When I came back, there was another male associate who showed up next to the lady and proceeded to greet me from the get-go with an angry attitude "Are you kidding me? The counter is closed", even though the young lady had started processing the boxes. I am certain he made her stop and shut down the computer while I ran outside to bring my last box. The guy looked like he was in his 50s or 60s with white hair and first name 'John'. I don't know what to make of his attitude - If I were to explain his behavior, I would say he was either having a bad day or that he was on crack cocaine that makes him behave like an angry monkey! I have frequented this Fedex store for years and have had nothing but an amazing experience every time I was there. This John guy must be relatively new as I have never seen him before. He certainly does not belong in Fedex or in any customer service role - I am sure he would be a good prison guard though which I suspect was his original training or previous job! I am not opposed to being told that I am late or that I need to come back another day, as long as it is done respectfully - I get it, people have families to! However, giving people attitude cannot be good for business and does not belong in FedEx !!

I went into fed ex to return an item to Walmart The customer service representative John had a horrible attitude There were several steps that had to be done to return the item Right off the bat you could tell he hated his job and the customers I was unsure of of one of the steps Instead of offering to assist me he walked away and couldn't be bothered John should not be working with the public Hes rude and mean Find another fed ex store if you have to use fed ex I know I'll never use their services again I called the corporate office to file a complaint and the woman who answered the phone didn't have a clue what she was doing A horrible experience from the start to finish

This is the second bad experience I have had with FedEx. If I wanted to use the kiosk I would have done so but instead the employee seemed bothered to take my package. I'm so sorry I asked you to do your JOB!. I will NEVER use this store again and I hope they close. It's no wonder that Amazon doesn't use FedEx anymore if this is the way they treat there customers! I suggest that Apple also follows suit.

As today of march 9th 9:20aml was there printing and while l was doing it, The manager was very rood to his staff yelling at her put your head together this not a Ups store. It is Fedex... You don't do that next to costumer especially for a woman if you have any problem you talk to her in a room. Not nice!!!

Don’t expect the people in Walgreens to help you with anything FedEx related. Why even have this service if it is next to worthless?

Randomly changes hours without updating website. Wasted time driving to the store to find out it's closed without reason.

How about you update your hours online. Just wasted 30 minutes driving out of my way to ship something. Multiple people walking up to your store leaving in disgust.

Fedex website and Walgreens website says clearly a shipping label is NOT required. Why are the stores insisting they are and going against their own corporate policies?
