I’ve been a frequent shopper at Forever 21 and always had nice and helpful employees. However today I felt like I was in a drama infested hostile environment. I saw the manager in charge today embarrass the kids over instructions. She did not pull out them aside or even tried to be helpful to them. The ladies at the front made me feel uncomfortable and acted like they couldn’t care less about the customer or company.

My wife bought some clothes here opened a credit card and we trying to exchange a clothe and they refused to do it !because we didn’t have the recipt!!!! But we opened a credit card from the store !!!!we got ripped off by they police yall taking advantage of the costumer s because we bought it last week we have the tag on it!hope this store closes!tht means you buy there is no exchange!!!you will have to keep it close this store please ??????

Wow! Im so disappointed and feel so’ bad as how “we” human treat each other. I was at the store today Jun-2021 and I saw this poor teenager standing up in the fitting room area and I ask her, do you ever sit down or relax your feet and the answer was “no, Im not allow it”. I felt terrible and question myself, why can the store management have a standing chair, one of those that you are not completely sit but able to rest a little be. We are not slaves, as long the person do the job, why not have them comfortable. I guess the management think that because they pay, people has to be as uncomfortable as possible. Sad!!

For all the young ladies out there looking for trendy fashion a low-cost? This is a place to go. Very rarely you buy anything at full price because there's always some sort of a sale going on. Quality is okay for the price you pay.

You can still buy certain things, but the clothes are no longer the same as before, I didn't find anything that I was looking for or similar, comfortable and at a good price... and in the discounts there are the worst clothes or even worse, torn clothes and that It's something that shouldn't even be sold.

I would post no stars if it was an option. The amount of disrespect I received today was unimaginable. Today I went to exchange two pairs of shorts that were both size large, at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem, NH. My friend and I needed size extra large, which mind you we are usually size medium in every other store. The woman then told me she couldn’t order us extra large because the company doesn’t carry extra large sizes in many of the pants, which I find a little ridiculous since the clothes run so small. Then I was told I couldn’t get cash back that I could only get store credit because I paid with my Forever 21 credit card. So after going back and forth with the manager explaining that I already paid off my credit card and I don’t want to shop here again since I don’t fit in the clothes, she basically told me tough luck. Then I called customer service and explained to the woman that I wanted my money back she repeatedly told me that it wasn’t a customer service issue and that I have to go back to the store. So I told her, five or six times, that the manager at the store wasn’t helpful. I got so frustrated with this woman because she just kept repeating that I needed to go back into the store, then I asked her for someone above her and she told me there was no one above her. I asked her if she was the owner of the company and she hung up on me. I’m still so beyond disgusted with the company’s lack of customer service. I just wanted my money back and my card canceled because I will never be shopping at that store again.
