I just moved to Salem, NH only been here a few weeks. I needed an inspection on my car since registering my plates. I was looking for a place to go and saw this one ( it said he opened at 7:00am) . I arrived at 7:03 with the open sign nice and bright. The door was locked however the other door was opened. I waited a few minutes which is fine and he came in said, “I’m not open, I said I’m sorry the website said 7:00 he replies yeah they have it wrong”. Ok I said no problem. He said what do you need, I replied an inspection sticker he said when I’m done with this car I can do it. I could tell he wasn’t in the best mood, I asked should I pull the car up he said when I’m done. I pulled my vehicle into his garage and did not even step out of the car because he said you have tinted windows which I did not know was a law in NH. However, how does he know the percentage of the tint by just looking? You are not suppose to check? He told me I would need them removed before getting an inspection. Anyways I left, went to another place close by and the tints that were factory tints when buying the car where not an issue!. My boyfriend also has tints and got a inspection sticker no problem. Sorry you were in a bad mood, however bad customer service!

Just popped in for an inspection sticker and the owner was very nice. He got me in and out of the garage. The location is also very convenient! I’ll be sending my friends and family here. Thank you again!

This place is a ripoff bad business they are not an honest business they can take credit cards but the men refuse to take my card he demanded cash and now I know why I still have the problem with my car he didn’t fix it and refused to give me a receive make no sense I suggest you take your car else where I won’t be backService: General repairs & maintenance

I haven’t even had my car worked on yet but I could tell by whoever I spoke with over the phone (maybe the owner?), im going to be taken care of and treated fairly. He’s not charging me anything just to simply have my car looked at, which most places do. He really gave me some relief during such a hard time right now. Thank you so much!
