For a place that thrive on donations, and not much to offer, they started a trial program to jack up the price which beats the purpose. You're trying to help the community here not to be greedy. There was a shirt with the original tag for sale for $4 and it was marked by Goodwill to be sold for $14. And it was a t-shirt. You guys are corrupted.

$14 for a used tank top lmao that's all I have to say. Can't even shop here if you're poor and looking for clothes for yourself or family it's overly priced. I bet a GAP is more cheaper lol

I could always find vintage things at a low price, but in the past month and a half their prices have gone through the roof on almost everything. You’ll find dollar store & xmas tree shop items marked atleast twice the sticker price (stickers still on them sometimes). I used to find vintage frames at a good price, and now they’re two or three times higher. I asked a sales associate why everything is marked up all of a sudden. Her reply was “Corporate told us we have to”. Everything they sell is donated except their own branded household stuff. They never have more than 3 people on. There’s no way they’re no making an enormous profit. I’m tired of corporate greed masking as inflation.

I pull up behind another person making donations. Not too close in case she had something in her truck. The elderly man yells at me “Stop.” Several times. At that point I’m not moving. He shakes his head in irritation. When the lady in front of me pulls away, I pull up and unload two bags. The man never returned. As I’m driving away, he comes out and yells “******* Twice. Um… not sure why you are so angry but customer service probably isn’t your best career path. Hope your day gets better.

Great variety and I actually found a perfect desk! However the staff seemed to have a problem with keeping prices on things. I was sent to the backroom to talk to the boss about pricing on an item. When I finally got back in line, a customer ahead of me had shoes with no price tag, and I had to wait on that. The experience took way longer than it should have.

Terrible!! DONT GO! Used to be good. PRICES ARE OUT OF CONTROL!! Whoever is doing the pricing needs to be checked.Examples A pair of boots marked $80 in the "boutique" section. They retail for $100!! but these are used and scratched with worn down soles. Also a USED Ann Taylor Skirt for 30, I just paid $30 for the exact one Brand NEW!! AT ANN TAYLOR!! $4 for a single mason jar without a lid. These are in a pack of 12 for $20 at target!! $40 for an ll bean jacket that retails for $60. But this one has frayed cuffs, a hole in the shoulder and a dirty collar. The GREED!!WOW GOODWILL!! DO BETTER

Why would you separate whole sets of dishes and then charge 4$ for a small serving plate and teacup? Pretty disgusting and underhanded.

Lol to whomever does the goodwill handpicked pricing. Y'all your things are donated, the mark up on random things that have "value" are hilarious.

High prices and items not presented well. No wonder the lot was mostly empty. The saving grace here for me was the bathroom. It was clean. The handicap door did not open when I pressed the pad.

Not the best "thrift" store. Their second hand items are usually anticlimactic unless you need an old crockpot, clothes or dishware. Electronics are usually (always) lame. The 3 star rating is due to the section with new, unused items. The prices are sometimes double compared to ocean state or dollar tree, which makes absolutely no sense to me as Goodwill is supposed to be an affordable place to buy whatever it is your looking for, but the prices (on new unused items) in my experiences are always more than other affordable stores, like Savers or Dollartree.
