Do not trust this funeral home, especially, Robert T. Margraf. This man has no moral compass. He is a fraud!. He tried to steal $2,600 from me and only after I contacted multiple agencies did he, under extreme pressure by the BBB, Attorney General's Office and other agencies did I finally get a refund.
Advocate for yourself, people. If you don't, no one will.

At a stressful and sorrowful time you need a caring group of individuals to help guide you and that is what I found here. Great communication and understanding of my loved one’s wishes. Al is a gem! He reminded me of good memories I had long forgotten about and it made my heart happy. Thank you again for truly great service. Highly recommend.

The staff at Goundrey Dewhirst turned an extremely stressful time into something that was possible for one person to manage. Their attention, care, and knowledge about the processes involved and necessary in dealing with a loved one's estate and services were able to guide me through dealing with the unexpected death of an estranged parent. During the service they were extremely kind, welcoming, helpful, supportive, and deftly gave space where space was needed and support when support was needed. I'm glad that I chose them for my services, and truly don't know how I would have navigated the situation without a set of staff as helpful as they were. I'd like to call out Rob specifically; he was patient, understanding, and had every answer to every question I had. He really went above and beyond helping me organize and deal with everything.

I just recently had my father's funeral services there and the staff was very respectful. It wasn't an easy thing to deal with but the staff there made it as easy and painless as it could be and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a funeral home
