THIS STORE LOST MY WEDDING RINGSIf you don’t care about your jewelry and want money, this is the store for you! Just make sure you actually get your jewelry appraised somewhere else to get the right amount since they just guesstimate what it is. Stupid me just letting the male worker there guess how much because I didn’t think my rings would be lost. Now the way it was described to me was a quick send off to the main store and then it should take 3 days no more than a week. They would call me about it. The week goes by but I didn’t think anything about because I was busy that weekend and work Monday through Friday. By the time I return home, the store would be closed but I would pick it up the following week. January 27th I called and it made it two weeks. I asked the same male worker are my rings ready and if I can pick up since no one called. He said oh “no, they lost. Come in and get new rings” I said excuse me and was dumbfounded. So I walk in and just felt rushed and pushed on getting new rings (rings I don’t even like might I add). The director there kept saying “think of it as an upgrade” in a cheerful (as she could) voice. This isn’t an upgrade for me. I wanted my original rings to have them for my anniversary. I don’t care for an upgrade cause they are SENTIMENTAL to ME! I “picked out” rings because she kept saying as well, “these are the best you will get”. So I felt like it wasn’t me picking them out. It was a beautiful ring but not me. I called her the next day while I was home and kept looking at the rings on the picture. I said I don’t want them and they aren’t me. I just want my rings back. She said the Nashua store would have rings for me. Again I had to wait the following Saturday (feb 3rd) to go look. I did not find anything and was extremely unhappy. After every time, I would email the customer service email to get something in writing, they would call my cell. the director in Salem said since I have an appointment on the 3rd for Nashua, I will find something I love. She wants me to be 100% happy and the owner will make me 100% happy. The the director for Nashua told me the owner would call me on Monday the 5th and not once did he call me. Again, I email the customer service email telling them I was waiting for a call from the owner and he never called. I mentioned about calling a lawyer and getting the news involved. Even maybe social media because I don’t feel like they are making anything right by me. I ended up getting a call within that hour that they will cut a check but AGAIN no call from the owner. Both stores say the owner knows and cares about the situation but if he actually DID CARE he could have made that phone call. Supposedly he is out of town. But who knows because the Salem store first said the mail carriers lost my package and then all of a sudden the main store lost my rings and they can’t find it. I don’t know what story is true or if they are even telling me the truth because I kept asking for a tracking number for the carrier but no one would tell me. At this point I took the check for the appraisal amount they did and I’m still not even satisfied. I wanted my rings back more than the money. I haven’t felt like they had any sympathy or IF the owner even did check the camera like he was supposed to. I’m not 100% happy and still cried today while they were making the check out. Unfortunately I don’t get my rings back and now to look for rings I absolutely love is way out of my price range. My rings were my style, I also wanted to pass them down to my children when they think about getting married. This makes my heart hurt and they don’t even feel any remorse.. so yeah, if you read this far, go for this place! They were a peach to work with.ALSO, I’m still holding onto hope that they will do the right thing and return my rings.

I never do reviews but I am so beyond disappointed in my experience. I would give no stars if I could. Today my boyfriend and I went in to see engagement rings. We have been together for a long time and he recently came into a huge inheritance where he decided the budget would be significantly higher than what I could imagine. We went to a jeweler beginning of this morning looking at both lab and real diamonds. My partner and I come from family who appreciate the authenticity of a real diamond, however I believe in lab grown. I think lab grown are just as beautiful and I don’t need someone mining for it. I believe in the process of lab rather than pure. The second we walk in we’re introduced to the owner? Manager? She asks what size ring. I say between 3-4 carrots. Big ring not many people look for but as mentioned, it was from an inheritance. She asks lab or real and I say either, we’re looking at both. With a shocked face “well you’re looking at over $100k if you have the money for that” I explain I don’t care what kind our families prefer real and I just know I want a bigger carrot. She walks us over to the lab and says well the biggest thing is begging honest about price, most people don’t walk in and have over 100k to spend. Almost insinuating we didn’t have it. She shows us lab grown and while looking talks about how her daughter was “lucky enough where money was no issue” when looking for her ring and throughout the whole appointment continued talking about money. This is no issue, however when you’re shopping for an engagement ring with both people, you could at least ask if money should be talked about openly. You might think that’s their job, but I DO NOT WANT TO KNOW WHAT MY BOYFRIEND SPENDS. I very clearly said THREE TIMES, that’s a conversation between you two. That’s a phone call for later with him. Like get the hint, we’re not buying a ring today because I’m not going to be here when he swipes his credit card and I do not want to be apart of that conversation. I am picking out a ring I want and he will call you later to discuss pricing. While looking at rings she starts asking him where he works and then what he does for a living. Does that matter? She didn’t ask me..only if I worked with my hands. I noticed he was extremely quiet the whole appointment and the second we got in the car he told me how uncomfortable the entire meeting was and how he was going to explain his budget but felt like she already assumed we didn’t have the money. This is supposed to be a very exciting time in our life and to feel almost too poor or prejudged was disgusting and discouraging. If you were looking to build a report, there’s other ways of going about it.
