Amazing customer service! Everyone there from owner down to junior staff was very focused on making my visit there a good one. PLUS the repair work on my bumper was top notch!

Horrible customer service. They use midas across from them for stickers. Since they're buddies they just slap a sticker on the vehicle and call it good. Don't bother with the owners "extended warranty" he will do nothing to honor it. I just bought a 2018 chevy from them. It got an inspection sticker and now 1000 miles later it needs 2500 dollars worth of work to pass. Weird. Owner is your typical used car salesman scumbag. Zero stars

No communication. I was told I would hear from a salesperson twice after providing all of my personal information for a loan approval. I was never told if I was approved or not. I made 2 phone calls and text messages, still no response. Whether or not there was an approval- this information should be communicated. They must only be interested in people they can get loans for - I can only assume. Would not recommend. To add- I did get a message from Kevin after I sent a message explaining my situation- they wanted to go over my credit. I know my credit- I was looking to purchase a car. That was it.

Overall, great experience. My family needed another vehicle and they were able to get me a great Cadillac XT5 that we love, low interest rate and super easy experience. Thank you Kevin and your team for your help!

We bought a car here years ago. I wish we didn't... Just wanted to throw my review in the ring and hope they close their doors. Honestly, floored they are still in business.

Check out the reviews on other websites, particularly Yelp dotCom which is far more reliable than google reviews. My mom almost bought a car from High Line. The reviews are so bad from this place you must be high or doing lines to consider this place. Places like this give used car places the reputation they all have. BTW, my mom is a senior and somewhat ignorant of all various ways places like this will scam you if you are not careful. Looking elsewhere if the safest bet.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They dont take care of there customer service sucks. I bought a Pick up form here and when I went to pick it up. the truck wasnt clean. The Truck had no gas in it, and it had ripped seat the i was told would be fixed. It took me three weeks of calling every day to get them to get the seat fixed. and then after a month the truck develop Engine problem.Which they told me to " F" off......

Great staff and place to get a car, they truly care about getting you the best offer and have your best interests in mind! If you have poor credit don’t let that deter you from not getting a car here, they will work with you!

Bought a 2016 Mercedes Benz from Kevin at high line auto sales. I think it is very telling that reviews are disabled on this page so I'll just leave it here.As soon as I stepped on the lot the pressure began. Kevin assured me he would get me a "good" deal. At this point I am not entirely sure what a good deal looks like to him. I offered a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta as a trade Kevin gave me the lowest amount possible for my vehicle which was in perfect mechanical condition. He also had me put $3000 cash down. I told Kevin at the beginning that I could not afford a Payment higher than $400 a month so naturally Kevin found that a Mercedes Benz at 18% interest for $658 per month was close to 400. He said it was a killer deal.I did have some negative equity in my Volkswagen about $3000 worth. Which every time I try to complain or return the car Kevin likes to start talking about. I am now $10000 in negative equity after dealing with highline auto sales. Not to mention the car has problems.I bought the car on April 11th today is the 20th and it is the 1st day I have had the vehicle back. I returned it to him and asked him to fix it after letting a mechanic take a look at it. The vehicle pulled a code for a high pressure fuel pump leak Deeming it uninspectable. Kevin never returned my estimate but I already got a copy before giving it to him. After he gave me the car back he claimed that he fixed things and did not provide me with an invoice of any kind. The vehicle also had almost bald tires and I complained about that as well since he charged me $9000 over sticker price for this vehicle. He put new tires of the lowest grade on the car. The vehicle has 70000 miles on it it is not in good condition I pulled the carfax after I bought the car which was my mistake. Kevin obtained this vehicle at the auction On March 23rd. The car failed inspection the last time it went for an inspection in January of 22. I'm sure he just wanted to unload this car on whoever he could. He saw a naive single woman And ran his game. The whole thing was very high pressure and rushed. After I left I felt very violated. I returned immediately to return the car. This is the kicker, Kevin put a 20 day plate on the vehicle and let me drive off the lot with no inspection of any kind. He did not have me fill out or sign any form 950 or 950A Which is required by state law.I have tried to return the car 4 times to him and asked him to void the deal. the first time being 1 hour after I left the dealership. He declined obviously Because of the ridiculous amount of money he made off of me.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle this is the epitome of sleazy car dealers. He literally destroyed my life. I work hard in the restaurant industry. 13 hours a day. I am a single mom. I did NOT deserve to be taken advantage of like this.I cannot even speak to Kevin without him patronizing me or telling me what I great deal I got. Walking on that lot was the worst mistake I HAVE EVER made.

I just bought my second vehicle from High Line auto sales. This is hands down the best dealership I have ever been to. The owner and employees treated us with the upmost respect. I highly recommend this place. Big thanks to High Line
