My car was towed to NEAB, i thought the police report would be in my favor but it turned out that I was at fault. Steve was very helpful, and his advise was very insightful. He went on to the point of offering to cap my storage fee, if I had made a partial payment. The day we had agreed to pay the fee came but I was short on cash, Steve made it possible for me to get my car towed to my home by offering to reduce my fee to the lowest rate possible. You don’t see such kindness on a day to day basis. No one can imagine how beyond grateful I am. This lifted a huge financial burden.
