Riff is a horrible example of customer service she literally told me I had to buy window curtains to look at them. I will never go back as long as she is working there. HEY HEY HO HO THAT GIRL RIFF HAS GOT TO GO!!!!

I'm not nor ever will be a shopper. I'm not into going from store to store, trying on clothes, etc. So, Ive been on a roll lately buying items online with free in store pickup. It has to be be one of the easiest way to shop ever.... I've used a combo of coupons & rebates for some great deals on quality items. Some I've purchased for less than I would shopping on the store vs online. I'll be honest that everything I've purchased has been basic wardrobe type garments where fit isn't all it. Each time I've entered the store, employees have been friendly and welcoming. The ones who have waited on me for my amazing pick ups have all been great. The store itself in my eyes could use some updates. It's looking tired. But I'll keep doing what I'm doing. This is a great way to shop!

If you're gonna go here ask for Sabrina!! She's amazing and it is so obvious that she loves what she does. She's cut and dyed my hair multiple times and I am always very impressed. She will make you feel very welcomed and you'll always leave with a smile on your face :)

My wife and I went to JC Penny to have both of us our eye exams done. The doctor was ok, but the manager was so rude we was sitting with her going over the options, prices etc. We was telling her that the prices was very high compare to others special when the store had a 60% of on glasses. As i was sitting down talking with my wife about making a decision, the manager get up and said you wanna pay for wife exam now, i was like what!!! we are not done. I just get up paid and left the store. Sandra was must nicer. I'm telling everyone don't go there services, and prices are the worst. THIS STORE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED SHE ALL ABOUT MONEY NOT A FRIENDLY PERSON, AND SHE TALKS NEGATIVE ABOUT ALL OTHER STORES VERY UNPROFASSIONAL,,,,, WE'LL NEVER GO BACK THERE. Thank you!!!

Worst place ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot express this enough. I got a hair dye with the hair stylist Sheana and she died my hair darker than what I wanted. I tried talking to the manager but she was not comprehensive at alll!!! She had told me that I had agree with the stylest of a darker hair dye which is truly false! Then she told me that my mom said, mind you my mom does not even speak English! Truly disappointed! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

Hairdresser gave me hot roots and a hair color waaay too dark than what I asked for. She kept talking like we were on the same page, but clearly not. I coukd have fu cked up my own hair Casey, not pay $100 bucks and see the uneven mess in natural light. I dye my hair once a year, to keep it healthy, now I'll have to dye it again. Be cautious if you want an even single process. Also, the jcp coupon $50 for hair color and cut is for roots only, not a process, so false advertising. Funny though, because they screw up roots easily! Avoid this place, it's Supercuts with hair dye.

Watch out for this store because an employee deceived us that we will have a big discount especially if we will open a jcpenney credit card, when we are at the checkout it didnt appear that way. Aside from that the cashier forgot to gave me my new credit card so I ended up going back to the store not to mention she also forgot to remove two electronic plastic tag on our shoes,we noticed that when we were at home already.
