“After reading wonderful reviews about repairs at Emerald Jewelers, I was excited to give them a try. I had a charm bracelet I’ve been looking to put together- I had all the charms and the chain but I needed a skilled jeweler to attach everything and ensure it was secure. Emerald Jewelers was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to look at the layout I wanted, make advisements on the jump rings, and an approximate timeline. The bracelet was done significantly earlier than estimated and it looks beautiful. It was given to me cleaned and shined and everything looks very secure and well done. Their price was not inexpensive but it was not unreasonable either and I believe it’s worth paying for something to be done right. Thank you to the team at Emerald Jewelers!”

I have a very unique vintage engagement ring with a hard shape to match, and having the new ring fit cohesively with a funky bend was no joke. They did it SO well! Not to mention the legwork that went into choosing the perfect ring with Eileen when I kept changing my mind! She was beyond patient! Now the end result: The diamonds are LARGE and exceeded my expectations. The ring is nothing short of stunning and exactly what I envisioned when I began this journey months ago!
