Do not come here unless you have plenty of free time for your day. With only 2 customers ahead of me for an oil change, it took 2 1/2 hours for them to finally get to my car. I’ve been to places where oil changes take 10 minutes. Not sure what takes them so long but very frustrating !!

Went in for an oil change. Only person there. They checked on the receipt vacuumed my car. Here are the AFTER results. Won't go back here.

Brought in my car for an oil change today, they forgot to put the screws back in that holds the metal sheet that covers the bottom of the car. Currently in a gas station parking lot, trying to figure out what to do.

Brought in my Truck today for an oil change excellent service and great customer service as well, the ratings are underrated would definitely check this place out; manageable prices making it an easy pick. Also Hunter an employee of jiffy lube great at what he does, completed all services in a timely manner, funny dude definitely an asset to the business.

I brought my car in today for an oil change as it was one of the few places in the area also open for a state inspection. The rating has nothing to do with the failed inspection but more so the fact that I was there for over and hour and they finished two oil changes before finishing my vehicle (mind you… I was the only car there upon arrival). Interesting behavior to say the least

I went to Jiffy Lube in Salem, NH today. The tech was extremely helpful and no wait. I will continue to take my car here for oil changes.

I’ve used it this establishment as my go-to oil change place for the last three years. I’ve yet to be disappointed in any way, shape or form with their expediency, courteousness or professionalism. I highly recommend them.

The service provider didn’t interact with and at all. He told me sit inside then when it was done told me the total I owed. I got my receipt and on it was a list of things that said they did to my car. I find it hard to believe they did anything other than change the oil I was in and out of there in less than 15 min. I used to go there all the time. I don’t think I will be coming back very disappointed oh how much the quality of jiffy lube has gone down
