I’m not sure what her name was but I believe it was Sam. She was a sweetheart who was kind and patient when helping me with my return. The staff that is here now has improved since I worked there a few years back.Awesome job 1220!

My friend was looking for a new ? pair of shoes ? for work in a specific style. She found a pair here in a but with the shoes on sale , she thought the price was too high. I told her that shoe prices are probably high everywhere. She wanted to try elsewhere.The store is small and the selection looks specific and limited. Teenagers are the target, no pun intended. The sale signs were hanging a little too low from the ceiling that even my son bumped into them.

The manager, Lucas is so rude. He will speak to you in a dismissive tone and is unwilling to help customers due to his poor laziness. He does not know how to talk to people, his tone is absolutely unprofessional. His customer service simply stinks. I had a shoe on hold, and he did not even ask me for the name. When I told him the name, he went to the back room and did not even bother to check the shoes on hold. The shoes I planned to exchange for a different size were unworn, yet he said he could not do the exchange because the shoes were worn. If you checked the soles and the bottoms, you could tell they were not worn. My guess- the store was busy and he simply was too lazy to do a return. On top of this, his attitude was so rude. Lucas can’t treat customers and speak to them with decency. He is very comfortable talking to customers like this, which makes me believe that he drives customers away with his dismissive tone due to his laziness! He makes other people around him feel uncomfortable, it is simply not fair to the customers and the store. I ended up not buying more shoes at Journey’s so that I do not support his sales. Simply put, if you see Lucas, better off going to another Journey’s.

My experience in journeys yesterday was uncomfortable. When we used to go to journeys they treated us like family and made us feel so comfortable. When we went into journeys today the girl only gave us 1 boot and stared right at us right next to us the whole entire time. She made us feel so uncomfortable as if she was profiling us as if we were going to steal 1 BOOT! We use to spent thousands there. The workers who used to work there know first hand how much we spent in that store. So we gave her back the boot and ordered from the UGG company's directly. This is our last time we will being going to this establishment TALK ABOUT UNCOMFORTABLE. I'm all set.

I went in to make an exchange at the Manchester location and Liz and Sam, filling in there for the day from Salem, helped me find the perfect pair of shoes! They were so kind courteous and absolutely adorable, I cant thank them enough !

Tj and Courtney were such a great help and made me feel welcomed. They both helped me pick out the perfect shoes, socks and accessories for the best Christmas presents. Absolutely recommend this location to everyone!

Hannah was extremely helpful and is just an all-around awesome sales person. My fiance wants a very specific color of sneakers and she did everything she could to track down a pair (alas, they don't actually exist!), and she special ordered the sneakers I wanted for myself. I will definitely continue to shop here!
