“We have been coming here for 2 years. Always clean. Machines , floors and rest room.
They are always busy but have never had a problem finding a machine.
Have a problem? Staff is always willing to help. Pleasant and engaging.
Nice place to sit and read or go online (free) while waiting.
Check out the “library” and the “ lost sock basket”. Oh and the tootsie rolls. Have recommended to family and friends who have also been pleased with the service.

“It was very clean. The young lady working (peg..)was so nice and very busy cleaning helping everyone. She even cleaned a dryer with gum...Thank you. The dryers are amazing. It's 6min. For twenty five cents. They work so great. Bathrooms are clean..everything is clean. 1st.time going and very surprised how great it was. Even the customers were amazing. Thank you for the great conversation to the woman who was 88 and a retired Lawrence teacher. God bless. It's definitely the best laundry place I have ever been. “Best dry cleaners in Dracut/Lowell. Robin is the hardest worker there and is the only person I trust to do my clothes. Whenever I need some clothes done in a certain time frame and need them cleaned and pressed properly I go to this location. Convenient and friendly service with a smile. There’s a tailor shop next door as well run by a nice lady named Maria which is awesome when repairs are needed on clothes as well or a piece of clothing taken in to adjust sizing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE”
“Kim's cleaners is for Dry cleaning, there is no laundry mat here that I could see from the window I'm pretty sure they do dry cleaning only. The good part is they have a lock Smith if you get locked out the closet, the lock Smith is in the dry cleaners to the left.”

“I have been coming here since the summer of 2021. I stumbled across this laundromat and now this is my go to place. They are exceptionally clean, all machines are in great condition and always in working order. They have giant dryers that heat up nice and hot. Staff is always on site and they are a card operated system. The only issue is parking depending on the time and day.”
“This has been my go to, neighborhood cleaners whenever I've lived in Andover since 2003. The owner is kind, friendly & has a great sense of humor. Their work (dry cleaning, laundry and tailoring) is always perfect. Prices seem fair but I haven't bothered to try anywhere else so I don't know what the going rates are. Definitely recommend!”
“For the 1st time in my life, I used the laundry drop off option. I was so impressed with how well my clothes came out. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was because of the inconvenience of the drop off time. You can't drop your laundry off until 9 a.m. The problem with that is I need to be at work for 7 a.m. Aren't most people at work well before 9a.m.? To me it would make sense that if the place is open at 6 a.m., then why not accept laundry at that time. It would definitely be much more beneficial for the working customer. Other than that, job well done. Thanks!!!”

“One of the reasons I came to this laundromat was not only was it clean, but they also offered an incentive. You had a card that you got punched every time you did your laundry, which one it was full one free wash. I just found out today as I was doing my laundry and getting my card punched again that this was the last time That I’d be able to use the card because the owner was no longer purchasing cards to be punched, Bad because it made this laundromat stick out more than the others, which is why I’m giving it four stars and apparently it doesn’t matter to the owner whether we come back or not there are other clean laundromats around. I chose this one because I like the people that work here, I’ve seen the owner a few times he’s never said hello or anything. He comes in and takes the money out of the machines and basically doesn’t say anything to the patrons so hopefully he’ll reconsider. We will see.”
