The worst Leslie pool Suplies location. I have been with Thị’s chain store for three years. All other location are nice and friendly but Thị’s location are the worst, the ladies answer my phone was very mean. Never go back.

Terrible customer service. I bought a heater from them and scheduled one of their techs to install it. The tech cancelled on me because it was raining out and they needed to glue the pvc together. Not sure why you cannot hitch a tent or something and then cover with tarp while it cures but anyway. I call to reschedule because nobody had called me to reschedule. They then told me the next available appointment was a month out. I complained and said I wanted it within the next two weeks considering they cancelled on me and I was told they would see what they could do. A week later no follow up still. And what happens if I book the month out appointment and it rains again? You going to book me another month out? What a joke.

Ann is always a pleasure to work with every time I’ve gone there for the past five years, very knowledgeable and I used their pool service for the first time to install a new pump and the technician showed up right on time if not a little early and worked his magic with the plumbing To get the pump installed correctly. He was fast and very professional. There’s a lot of horror stories with these poor companies out there not showing up and not doing a good job. I give Leslie Pool five stars all day.

Be warned. They have advertised sales, that their machines dont ring up. Then when you come back to get the right discount they refuse to honor it. They have also advertise a price match guarantee, that they dont honor.
They also do not take returns on their overpriced chemical, and dont tell you. However they will pressure you into thinking you urgently need this chemical... but its typically 50% cheaper at any competitor.
This company has real shady business practices. They even post on their windows that they are BBB accredited and BBB says they are NOT!
Just go to Family Pools in Lawrence, or Bemisters in Salem. They are locally owned, and real people.

MISLEADING AND DISHONEST. I went into the retail store in Salem New Hampshire to purchase a filter. I was unsure if it was the correct filter so I asked the sales rep what my return options were and he said I had one week to return it, and to keep the box. (I made sure to ask about the return policy because I could not afford to make a $600 mistake.) The next day I installed the filter and it was less than what I needed. When I called the store to see if they had the next size up, they informed me that I was unable to return or exchange the filter because it was opened. I explained to them what the sales rep told me and they said that they are “too busy to clean it and run diagnostic testing and the sales rep that told me about the return policy was new.” They said there was nothing that they could do for me and to call corporate. They also informed me that corporate ‘sucked’ but there was no way they could help me further at the retail store. I called corporate, and after being put on hold several times, the only thing they could do for me was to READ ME THE RETURN POLICY as if I’m inept. After I expressed my disdain for the lack of support, the corporate rep told me that I would be put on an expedited list to get a call from a manager to discuss this further. The phone call never came, which shouldn’t be surprising as the bait and switch tactic is what they are good at. I would never recommend Leslie and I would drive out of my way to get what I needed just to avoid going in there. I’m not one to leave a negative review. However, this is the worst customer service I have had in years, and they’ve left me no choice but to express myself in a public forum.

Extremely Poor Customer Support from Hayward Pool ProductsI purchased a pool pump from Leslie's, and less than a year later, it broke down. I called for assistance, and the representative politely directed me to contact the warranty department, which is a normal procedure. I filed a claim on the same day, June 30th, 2023.Unfortunately, Hayward Pool Products has been the worst experience ever. They provide no help to their customers. Later, I decided to check the company's reputation on the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and I was appalled by the number of complaints.Leslie's, the retailer I purchased from, refused to assist me, claiming it would exceed their budget. But why do they continue working with a company that specializes in neglecting customer support? Is it just about making a sale and moving on? If you want to avoid headaches, do your research.Leslie's, please consider who you choose to work with, as directly or indirectly, you are contributing to this absurd situation.Thank you. have nice summer

Ann (store manager) was AWESOME to work with. Our pool was a complete mess at the start of the season. We bought our house over the winter and the pool was not closed correctly and was loaded with tons of leaves and debris. Ann worked with us on a daily basis over a month until we could finally see the bottom of the pool. She & her team were so knowledgeable, helpful and definitely cared about solving our pool problems until resolved. Thank you Ann & team!
