The woman employee taking care of the paint department helped a customer who asked her a question. I don't think he was in line like me and another gentleman were. They went down a couple of isles spent approx 10 - 15 minutes figuring what material, paint, he should purchase. I paid for my purchases and left. So I don't know how long they were together. I then went to HOME DEPOT and purchased my paint there.
You won't see me at the Salem, N.H. store or any other Lowe's store for a long time if ever again. So very frustrating for me and the other gentleman in line.
The one star grade was actually higher than I would want to give but I guess that's the lowest grade.
I don't even want to see the LOWE'S logo on racing cars, NASCAR.

I just wanted to talk to somebody about paint. No one answered when I called. Called 3 times. waste of my time. I was on the phone for at least 20 min trying to talk to someone. Crappy service. Day 2 and no one answer phone. Why bother having phone number then. Very unhappy.

I bought a Pit Boss from here. My wife tried to buy one a week earlier. She had a cart full of grill stuff that she ended up leaving in the store. The "assistance" that came to help her with the grill didn't actually want to move the grill. So they showed up and tried figuring out how to get out of it. They talked down to her about the vehicle she was in, like a Honda pilot with seats down isn't enough space. Then it was gonna be too heavy. No one wanted to help the customer make a purchase. I returned in the same vehicle and didn't have problems. I'm not sure if the workers on that shift are just lazy or maybe they assumed the pretty blonde woman is too stupid to buy a grill. Either way, some improvements could be made.

Do not buy a Lowe’s protection plan big waste of money. I purchased a pressure washer and bought Lowe’s protection plan. The receipt that I originally got you could not read due to their printer. Have been going back and forth between their store and customer service. Finally they told me to bring it in and they would repair it. I get it back after they charged me $120 and it is still not working. Took it apart to find the pump is junk and now they won’t refund me. I will never shop here again. The worst customer service I have had with any business

I have been a customer for a long time ,, over 24 years...
I have a Lowes advantage
card.... not a giant customer, but do spend more than average...
I travelled to Lowes of Salem today to return a light for which I did not have a receipt... it was a light that was in it's original box ..about $20.00...we originally purchased 21 of these lights and
had one left... my wife purchased it so I did not have her
credit card... The return was refused by Avery,,, I asked to speak
to the manager... they sent Jenso over.... I don't think he was
a store manager... asked him for a store credit... he said he
could not do it... I explained that every Home Depot in the world
allows returns with store debit cards... ..as long as they can put it on the shelf... . there was one 1 miles up the street that has done it for me. No help... I had to travel 17 miles
home to get my wife's credit card.... crazy stuff....
I bought a close Dryer 2 weeks ago.. You guys want it
back... I got the receipt! .... I got the receipt!

Great location. Easy in and easy out. They have everything that a homeowner may need. Prices are reasonable and employees are incredibly helpful.

Went to Salem NH Lowe's on a random Friday for stain, urethane and a brush. Ran into a great door buster deal! It was 4-8 packs of perennials for $10! I ended up getting 140 inpatients! They're doing well!

You know what I really like about this place? It's not Home Depot. It seems to be more organized and more defined. I can find things in the store even though I haven't been here much. I just look for the signs and I'm there. Lots of nice Selections in the garden center and of course many of other needed products for many needed projects. I just find it a great store. You should check it out. Pricing is good as well.
