“The ease of returning packages. Either through automatic amazon return or the employee it's very easy . Especially when you have a return that requires a new label and id's and other info in the return. I'm grateful for the help they give in filling it all out and putting a label on it for us. Plus the service is great friendly help. Thank you for what you do.”
“I had two separate returns today and had no idea what I was doing.
I thought I would have to make the drive back to Raymond and start all over on my computer. Richie stepped in and could not have been
nicer or beyond helpful. He ran out to my car after I left ,to bring me my phone I had left on the counter.

“I am surprised to see all of the negative comments and reviews. I have been going to this UPS store for years and the gentleman there is always very nice. Just busy. I even went there one time needing a notary public to sign an application paper to obtain a proper license for a job with the Massachusetts CCC and he did it for free. I am in that store once a week and have never had a problem. Sometimes people just have bad days. Maybe these people encountered him on a bad day IDK. I will actually be going there on Monday with a very large box and expect nothing but professionalism from him. I wish to extend my deepest appreciation to the man that runs the UPS store in the variety store is one solid guy. Don’t listen to all these haters. They must have a personal vendetta against this man.”

And he may not be full of all smiles and backflips. But people come in here dumping their crap and just run out the door. It’s not the most forgiving job. But I never wait in line. He’s always there. I get him to laugh. I crack jokes. So I’m not sure about all the Karen’s that have left their verbose reviews. You need to go see a therapist.Yes you Karen. LOL.”

“This is an excellent UPS store based on my experience. Lauren tries to keep everything moving even when the line is long. She personally packed up 40 pieces of antique stemware that I had to send out and made sure it was safe and sound. I have also used the notary here and they are very patient and helpful. 5 Stars!”
